Come and enjoy a peaceful vacation on one of the most pristine lakes around. Boat slip is avaliable upon request. A short 1/5 mile walk to Springs Dock on Lake Norris. Both floors are two bedroom, one bathroom, and have their own private entrance, driveway and deck. Both floors have a fully equipped kitchen, living room, and sun room. Plenty of parking for your boat trailer. Each floor sleeps seven utilizing a trundle bed and pull out couch. If you don't require as much room please look at VRBO # 645364.

From the overgrown path from the upper driveway to the upper deck, to the tattered table umbrella on said deck, to the upper unit screen door that wouldn't latch, to the hand full of cob webs I found at the cabinet toe kicks while recovering a wayward ice cube, to the unsafe recliner that will flip over backwards and the sofa that sits on the floor in the living room, not to mention the poor choice of TV options and slabs of concrete that are passed off as beds the best description I can muster is ADEQUATE. If it wasn't for the location and Springs marina this stay would have been a total bust

Great location!

My family and I had a very nice stay. We rented both the upper and lower units. Pro’s: -great location within a 5 min walk to the marina -boat slip rental available - the 4 bedrooms very comfortably slept the 8 of us. -the owners were very easy to communicate with. Con’s: -living room furniture is pretty worn and could be cleaned or be replaced Overall the stay was enjoyable and we would stay here again.

Great place for a family vacation when trying to isolate

Had a wonderful trip to the lake. House was perfect for multiple generation sleeping arrangements. Enjoyed the walk down to marina docks each day to go boating.

We spent most of our days out on the water, so this was perfect for our family! Beds are a little on the hard side, besides that it was perfect for what we needed!!

Great quarters for our lake days

Comfortably house that we shared between 3 families for a few days on the lake. Close enough to walk to the marina to spend the day on the water. Rented the boat slip which made storing our boat overnight a simple endeavor. The driveways were well situated for storing the truck and trailer. Nice accommodations that made for a great trip.

We had a wonderful time. We were all comfortable with our sleeping arrangements and there were 14 of us!!! The house is beautiful and has an absolutely awesome view. Love the proximity to the marina and the availability of a boat slip. We all had a great time, and it was so wonderful having all of us together under one roof. We had so many laughs and hugs. Definitely alot of memories made!!!!! Wish we would have had more time to stay a little longer. Thank you for opening your home to our family!!!!!!

We were looking for a house to rent that would accommodate 10 people, with lake views and dock access. This house had all those things plus more! The house was clean, comfortable, & convenient. The owners were really easy to work with. We were very happy with the rental and we are looking forward to coming back to this house.

WOW! Is all I can say.. We have stay here twice this year. One as a family and once adults only. The price was great. The lake was absolutely gorgeous and very clean. The house was so much better and cozier then a condo it has everything you could possibly need.. The owner were so nice and informative.. It doesn't matter if your 5 or 80 you will love it here... I love springs dock and the whole lake Norris experience. This is the best place to stay if you're looking to get on the water fast. House is always tidy. Owners are friendly and overall I've had great times booking this house. Thanks!
