Beautiful condo with everything we needed! Excellent location, close to everything. The condo complex is right on a marina but still a very peaceful spot. We truly enjoyed our month long stay there.

December in Cornelius

We stayed for the month of December to be near my daughter and her family. The place was very comfortable which was a double plus because it happened to be one of the coldest Decembers so we spent more time inside than usual. John was very prompt in responding the couple of times that we did contact him. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Bad knees husband

We loved the location and the view. The bed and living room recliners were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and appliances. Our only disappointment indoors was that both bathrooms had tubs to awkwardly step over to shower with no grab bar of any sort. Outside, the four concrete steps down to the front door(and no handrail) made it tricky at our age. All of the amenities that were described in the listing were available.

Awesome Getaway!

This was my first time staying here and first time working with the property owner/manager. Both were awesome! The place was exactly as described. It was in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. You look out onto your patio, then a pool, and then a marina. It was a joy to just sit out on the patio and enjoy a coffee. I would highly recommend. I was jealous that it wasn't pool season yet but those that come in the summer will be in for a real treat. Owners were responsive, but not intrusive. I always got an immediate response when I reached out to them. I look forward to coming back here.

Simply FANTASTIC!

There is only 1 reason that this property gets 5 stars . . . and that's because there isn't a higher rating!!! The property was spectacular, clean, conveniently located - simply perfect. John & Toni were AMAZING hosts and responsive to all of my needs and requests. I couldn't recommend this place any higher - to the point that I look forward to my return this spring for another extended stay in this "Home away from Home"! Perfect Condo for Winter Break

The condo was perfect for me and my small dog. It is totally furnished with all supplies, dishes, utensils, etc. that you would need for a long stay.I had brought a lot of supplies with me not realizing how well supplied this condo was. For example, I did forget my hair dryer and was pleasantly surprised to find two avalable.The living room, dining area, and tw bedrooms are very comfortable. I am very fussy about sheets and towels and found the quality of what was in the condo to be fine. The complex is dog friendly which worked well for me. There is a lovely boardwalk right outside the back entrance where I walked at least a couple of times a day. I always felt very safe walking around the complex which is well lit even relatively late at night.There is a beautiful view of the lake. I was there for December, January, and much of February. Although this winter in NC was not particularly warm most of the time I could still walk every day. I was also able to find a dog park and good walking parks within a short distance. The owners do not live in the area but supplied me with the name of a wonderful woman who was available to clean if I wanted her to. Also, when a couple of minor problems arose ( hot water stopped working, a lamp broke, etc) she was able to come over and quickly resolve these issues. That made a big difference. The condo is close to Birkdale Village which is a great place to walk around, shop, eat out, etc. I was even able to eat outside with my little dog when the weather was conducive to this. There are several grocery stores close by as well as restaurants, libraries, a post office, bank, vet, , etc which makes it convenient for long term stays. The owners are very easy to communicate with and I highly recommend this condo for any length of time you need it for.I am not a hot weather fan but can see how nice this place would be in the warmer weather with a swimming pool right outside the back door.

We selected this condo based on location , reviews, and price. We were not disappointed. The owner was very accommodating and responsive to our communication. Our unit was steps from the pool and the condos overlook a marina that also has a Freedom Boat Club of which we are members. The people we met here were very friendly and welcoming. Loved staying here for a month!

We rented this fabulously located property for the month of June, more than once! We cannot wait to return. The location is excellent with great restaurants and many amenities. The host is exceptional and makes check in and out very easy. The view is beautiful and the June sunsets were spectacular!

Relaxing home away from home

This place was exactly like the picture shows. It was close to everything and a great location. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping centers, activities and it just about anything you can imagine. There was a great view of Lake Norman while you sipped your morning coffee.

Retreat at the Lake

This was a great condo in a beautiful setting. It was very clean and welcoming, decorated beautifully. It would be helpful if one of the bathtubs had a grab bar.

Winter retreat

Very nice visit to Cornelius. Wonderful location with access to everything. Convenient, clean, 1st floor condo with fabulous views. We could not take advantage of all amenities: kayak, paddle board, pool, etc. due to rainy, cold weather, But it would be nice to be here when it’s warmer when we can. We hope to return! Fantastic Stay

This was a great condo, excellent hosts and location and price were fantastic. We were able to walk everyday along boardwalk and through Robbins Park, shopping close by and great events going on in the area to attend. Condo was well stocked, comfortable and clean. Great Condo on Lake Norman

This condo is great - exactly as shown in the photos. It is clean, well decorated, comfortable and has everything you need to make you feel at home. Condo is well equipped with kitchen items, iron and ironing board, in unit washer and dryer, as well as clean towels and sheets. We enjoyed the view from the back deck which overlooks the pool and the lake. Enjoyed sitting outside at night watching the sunset. It’s a short drive to nearby shops, stores, restaurants, and easy access to I-77.

Beautiful condo, excellent location. Toni and John were very helpful and great hosts. We loved the area. The condo was well stocked with anything you could think of from bandaids to bleach wipes. Pleasurable Stay

The property is just as advertised on the VRBO website. It's well furnished with toiletries, kitchen items, pantry and the linens were of good quality. The condo is conveniently located to everything you would need, food, banking, shopping, post office, and restaurants. Also easy access to Uptown Charlotte and Charlotte airport. I only had one issue and that was the AC unit, but John was right on top of it, fixed right away. He was very responsive to questions I had about the area. I would recommend the condo to my friends and not hesitate to rent again.
