Located in the picturesque vlllage of Blauzac, close to the shops, this house with a total area of 200m2 is built on three levels.
On the ground floor, a large vaulted kitchen - dining room, fully equipped, adjoins the lounge which has a fireplace and a Hi-Fi installation.
The 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are spread over two floors.
The court covers an area of about 200 m2. It is equipped with a grill, a large table and chairs. The swimming pool, 8 m long, 1m to 2m 40 deep, is separated from the rest of the court.
It is possible to park 2 cars in the yard for the night.
