Located in the picturesque vlllage of Blauzac, close to the shops, this house with a total area of 200m2 is built on three levels.
On the ground floor, a large vaulted kitchen - dining room, fully equipped, adjoins the lounge which has a fireplace and a Hi-Fi installation.
The 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are spread over two floors.
The court covers an area of about 200 m2. It is equipped with a grill, a large table and chairs. The swimming pool, 8 m long, 1m to 2m 40 deep, is separated from the rest of the court.
It is possible to park 2 cars in the yard for the night.

Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen und 2 Teenagern eine Woche im Ferienhaus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Schlafzimmer und Bäder sind gut ausgestattet und wir hatten viel Spaß im schönen Pool. Die Kommunikation Vorort war sehr gut und unsere Fragen wurden immer schnell und unkompliziert beantwortet. Gefehlt haben uns allerdings größere Töpfe in der Küche und die Teenager hätten sich noch über einen Fernseher gefreut. Alles in allem können wir das charmante Ferienhaus aber weiterempfehlen.

Séjour à Blauzac

Super séjour dans la belle maison de Blauzac. La maison est bien située en plein centre du joli village. De très belles balades à 15/20 minutes seulement de la maison. Un city est également tout proche pour le bonheur des ados. La maison a été franchement rénovée avec beaucoup de goût ! On recommande vivement la maison.

Une superbe maison rénovée avec goût et tout équipée. Nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse à l'ombre et de la piscine sécurisée pour les enfants. Le village est situé à proximité de nombreuses activités adaptées aux enfants. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour ! Merci !

Perfekt für die ganze Familie. Das alte Haus ist schlicht aber schön eingerichtet mit Natursteinböden, sehr angenehm. Die Kinder waren begeistert vom Pool, der jede Woche gereinigt wurde. Gegenüber gab‘s eine große Wiese mit Sportplatz und Spielplatz, die wir auch oft genutzt haben. Im Ort gab’s auch 2 Bars, wo man Brot und Croissants kaufen konnte. Was gefehlt hat waren Geschirr- und Handtücher.

La maison est idéale pour des vacances à plusieurs familles qui sont quand même intimes. Un lit bébé et un séchoir à cheveux seraient utiles. Mais lieu, environnement, accueil et confort sont très bien.

Piękny dom położony w świetnej lokalizacji. Idealne miejsce jako baza wypadowa do wielu urokliwych miejscowości. Super séjour en famille

Maison dans un magnifique village à 10' en voiture d'Uzès, nous sommes partis toute la famille pour passer du temps ensemble et cette maison est parfaite pour ce genre de séjour. Grande table extérieure et intérieur pour manger tous ensemble, grande piscine, chaises longues, fraîcheur de la maison à l'intérieur, balades à quelques minutes à pied, cuisine ergonomique, pétanque et ping pong dans le parc en face, etc. De plus, Blauzac est un magnifique village avec une boulangerie, petite épicerie et un bar ainsi qu'un tout petit caveau de vin pour déguster à 30m. Situé juste à côté du célèbre Pont du Gard, vous trouverez aussi d'incroyables promenades tout le long du Gardon avec plein d'activité proposées dont le kayak. Chouette expérience et superbe région, je recommande fortement !

Magnifique séjour à Blauzac!

Nous avons passé une semaine magique à Blauzac dans la maison de Mme Viret. Nous étions 4 adultes, 3 adolescents, 2 enfants et un petit chien et nous avons adoré la maison qui était juste parfaite pour notre groupe. Les 2 couples au premier étage et les enfants au 2ème, chacun sa salle de bain! La cuisine est très complète avec une grande table pour dîner et jouer à des jeux de société tous ensemble et le coin terrasse/ barbecue parfait pour les longues soirées d'été. Le village de Blauzac est très agréable, loin de l'agitation d'Uzès mais tout de même proche de plusieurs activités. Nous avons apprécié les ballades dans la garrigue alentours, la dégustation de vins bios au coin de la rue, le kayak sous le pont du Gard, les enfants ont pu jouer au foot sur le terrain ouvert à tous situé juste en face de la maison. Nous avions peur d'avoir trop chaud au mois d’août mais la maison reste très fraîche et les rues sont calmes, ce qui permet de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes durant la nuit. En résumé, pour nous, c'était la location parfaite, à un prix raisonnable, nous envisageons même de revenir!

La maison est très belle, et nous avons bien profité des espaces extérieurs également - surtout la piscine et la terrasse ombrage. Le village est calme. La cuisine a été rénovée depuis la photo sur le site, elle est très fonctionnelle. Seul bémol : le départ se fait à 9h, pas 11h comme indiqué sur le site.

Très belle maison, je la recommande vivement

Très belle maison. C'est la deuxième fois que j'en profite et j'en suis toujours autant satisfait. J'aime son calme, sa piscine, son espace BBQ et son charme. La piscine est bien entretenue et très agréable en cas de chaleur. De plus, les murs épais de la maison permettent de la garder au frais. Le village est charmant et je recommande vivement une visite au vigneron local "De Grappes & d'Ô" et bien évidement une visite au marché d'Uzes à quelques minutes en voiture. Bref, cette maison est idéal pour des vacances au calme entre amis ou en (grande) famille.

Très belle maison

Très belle et charmante maison. C'est la deuxième fois que j'en profite et j'en suis toujours autant satisfait. La piscine est belle et bien entretenue, le village est charmant et le coin BBQ très convivial. Il n'y a pas de climatisation, mais les murs épais de la maison permettent d'être au frais. Bref, une maison parfaite pour être au calme et se détendre!

Un rêve dans un petit village au milieu de la beauté de la campagne. La maison est spacieuse, propre et complètement agencé. L'intérieure est caractérisé par le style chaleureux et confortable des maisons de la région. Lovely outside but dingy inside

The house is very well situated in the lively village of Blauzac which had two major festivals on over the two weekends we stayed there. The village only has two places to eat/drink and they're not wonderful but they're OK and just a few minutes walk from the house. The pool was good although there were only a couple of the reclining chairs that weren't broken, certainly not enough for a house that is supposed to sleep so many people. The parasol was broken and did not reappear during our time there. The interior of the house was dingy and badly lit with old furniture and dark, mismatched bed linen. There is no air conditioning and the house was very hot - our son slept downstairs all week and we ended up buying fans to get any sleep. However, our main complaint was that when we arrived, the house was so dirty! I emailed the owner and she responded immediately, apologised and sent round her local representative who basically told us that it was an old house and what did we expect! There were huge cobwebs everywhere, there was a tiny decomposing scorpion in a web in the kitchen and huge "tumble weeds" of dust and hair on nearly every stair. The kitchen windowsill was thick with dirt and grease. The sink was dirty. When I showed her the barbecue grill which was thick with someone else's burnt-on grease, she shrugged her shoulders and said, "I don't bother with that it's for men!" This house is not expensive, it is well situated but it needs some smartening up and a new cleaner!

wonderful home in Blauzac

My family had a wonderful stay for 2 weeks in this amazing French home in April. The owner was friendly and professional. The caretaker was approachable and assisted us in every way. The home was comfortable, warm and inviting. All equipment /hot water/ swimming pool were functional and we had a carefree time. We would recommend this wonderful, warm, friendly home to all our friends and family. Thank you for your great French hospitality. We will return!
