Dunes Pointe is less than four blocks from the ocean, built overlooking a quiet salt marsh and the prestigious Dunes Golf Club. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo will sleep 6. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a private bath adjacent. The kitchen is fully equipped with standard appliances and everything you need to feel right at home. This beautiful tucked away community will keep your price down. Large outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, tennis courts and an area for picnicking and grilling! No need to worry about the laundry and the mountains of towels that seem to multiply, this unit has a washer and dryer for your convenience. Dunes Pointe is on the north end of Myrtle Beach, but centrally located to most area attractions including shows, dining and outlet shopping. When you finish with your day, you can plan to relax on the screened porch overlooking the woods and enjoy ocean and marsh breezes. As much as you love your pets, you'll have to make other plans for them as this is a humans-only (no pet) condo. There are nearby reputable boarding kennels and we'll be happy to furnish that information for you upon request. This is a fabulous unit if you want to be very close to the ocean, while watching the budget. Non-smoking, of course. Please note there is no elevator in this building.

Not worth the money

As soon as we walked in we noticed the floor was dirty, the fitted sheet didn’t fit, the master bedroom bed was squeaky at every move,the sofas were dusty, the washing machine broke on Tuesday night without being repaired, spent 2 days in laundromat, ignored my phone calls from Wednesday til Thursday.

We could have addressed those issues immediately. Unfortunately, the appliance repair service had to order a part for the washing machine and our office did make you aware of that situation. We will inform the owner of the "squeaky bed" and your inconvenience.

Avoid this very out dated property

Property was very out dated. Mattress were all worn out. Unit was just in general disrepair. It needed a good deep cleaning as all the dishes were dirty in the cabinets and a layer of dust was on much of the furniture. The location was ok but when we checked in we were informed that there was no beach access that they “just lost their lease” on the beach access. This was a big issue as there is very limited public beach parking in the area so we had to drive a few miles to find parking. This was a last minute stay for us so we booked this unit but we’d never stay here again nor would we use the rental company that manages this unit.

The unit we were in was outdated and in need of better essential supplies.

The property location is great with good beach access and small pool on the property. Close to shopping, restaurants and many attractions. We have stayed on this property in various units for several years and were always very happy with the unit and amenities provided by the owner. This unit was the worst one we ever stayed in. The beds were very uncomfortable, the bath towels were thin, no beach towels or chairs were available in the unit, they provided only 1 dish cloth and towel and 1 roll of toilet paper (none in 2nd bathroom). The couches were very uncomfortable and hard to sit on. Floors felt dirty. Some of the basic kitchen supplies were not available (wine/bottle opener) spatula, toaster didn't work properly (had to hold it down with your finger). Key pick up and drop off are not onsite. This is the first time we had to go to an offsite location to pick up the keys. You have to drive 15 min to get them. Very inconvenient especially for anyone with a long drive (we had a 17 hour drive, which adds 30 min to our drive as it's not on the way). No cards, books, DVDs etc in the room. All other places we have stayed provided these simple things to help pass the time on a rainy day.
