Amazing Home in Paradise!!!

Relax in Paradise in our home for a week, month, or for the season. Enjoy the beauty of Florida's most beautiful spring-fed river, right at your back door. Sit on our dock overlooking the water and watch the manatees, porpoises, and numerous salt and fresh water fish swimming by.

Catch fish right off our floating dock and clean them on the built in fish cleaning station. Park your boat on our deep water dock without worry of tidal fluctuations. Take a ten minute boat ride into the beautiful Gulf of Mexico to fish, dive, or watch the sunsets. Take a ride 3 minutes upstream to see the most pristine view of Florida's Weeki Wachee river. This is where you will experience a truly magical place. Our waterfront home is the perfect place for your family and friends to unwind, enjoy and explore. You can catch freshwater & saltwater fish and crabs right off your very own dock. Bring your boat, canoe, kayak or paddle board, or just rent them nearby to experience the wildlife and beauty of Florida’s Nature Coast. The kids will also want to visit the Buccaneer Bay water park, the white sandy beaches, and the world-famous LIVE MERMAID SHOW only 5 minutes away. At the end of the day you can cook your own catch or dine at one of many great local restaurants.
Our home can easily accommodate 10 people in beds, 2 additional kids on the couch and a queen blow up mattress. Amenities include: Flat screen smart tv's in all of the bedrooms and family room; fully equipped kitchen complete with appliances, pots/pans, utensils, dishes; linens and towels; high speed wi-fi; telephone; washer and dryer. Shopping and restaurants are just down the road. NO TRAFFIC JAMS! Minimum stay is 3 days, but you will want to stay longer!

This home is our new home away from home! It was exactly what our family needed for a perfect vacation. Plenty of space. Safe for the kids all ages and very clean. Most importantly it was quiet and relaxing. I highly recommend.

Wonderful family retreat

The home was beautiful, very clean and was very comfortable for our family. The checkin was the easiest we've ever experienced. We enjoyed morning coffee on the porch, watching wildlife, and loved taking the kayaks out as a family excursion.

Wonderful stay

Loved our amazeing stay on the river great location the kids enjoyed kayaking and fishing on the relaxing dock. The house was very clean comfortable and inviting for our family of 7 plenty of room and had everything you would need for an enjoyable time. We loved all the outdoor seating the lights at night it was a great neighborhood and lots to do in and around Weeki Wachee and we visited several nearby beaches. We all agreed this was now our new favorite vacation spot and can’t wait to visit again we highly recommend thank you so much

Lovely house, great location!

Really lovely house, right on a canal that feeds into the Weeki Wachi River. Just a few miles from Weeki Wachi State Park and not far from Homasassa Springs State Park - both great places to visit. The house has a canoe and 7 kayaks and a floating dock (the kids loved jumping off the dock for a couple of hours!). Very pleasant wraparound patio, large fully screened section facing the canal. Definitely recommend!

Thanksgiving

This was our 2nd Thanksgiving at this home and we loved it so much. Got to see some manatee, schools of fish, a bald eagle, and crabs. The neighbors were very friendly as well. Home had some upgrades since the last time we visited.

Awesome House!

This is our second year staying at this house for a scalloping trip with our friends. We love it. It accommodates 3 families with young kids (age 4-11) perfectly. Plenty of room for us all, love the dock for the boat, kids really enjoyed the kayaks this year, we love the screened porch. Great size driveway to accommodate 2 boat trailers. We love it here and cannot wait to return next year!! Thank you for keeping it well maintained and clean, and allowing us to stay!

Spacious, great location, quiet...a very nice house.

We went there for Thanksgiving. We were able to serve dinner on the very nice Covered screened-in patio. It was awesome. We had everything we needed to cook and serve a nice meal. My daughter loved the television[s] (four) complete with cable, Netflix, and Apple TV.. We also took advantage of the kayaks furnished by the owners. Sure loved that they had those...just be sure to check then thoroughly. A couple had leaks in them. Overall it was an awesome vacation rental!

Relaxing!

Beautifully maintained home and everything we needed! Just bring your food!! The kitchen is well supplied with pots and pans, dishes, etc. This is a great location, my son brought his boat and it was so much fun to cruise the canals, we saw lots of fish and manatee! The Kayaks were great, too! We saw several manatee while out on the kayaks. The home was spacious enough for 6 adults and 3 children. The beds were super comfortable and we had plenty of towels. Bring your own deck of cards if you want to play cards at night. The last night there we went to Bayport Inn for dinner and the grouper sandwich was delicious. It isn't on the menu, but if you ask about it you can get it if they have grouper in stock. The French Dip and wings at the Upper Deck were great! Both meals were large portions and inexpensive. Enjoy your stay!

Everything you need

Perfect home to stay with family and friends for scalloping. It's just a short ride to get the scallops. The house had all the utensils, spices, extra towels, etc. That you need. The communication was great! We look forward to staying here again when we make our way back over.
