Tolle Aussicht in zentraler Lage

Das Objekt war genauso, wie beschrieben. Die Vermieter empfingen uns sehr freundlich. Die Schlüsselübergabe und die Kommunikation verliefen unkompliziert. Der Balkon mit Morgensonne ist durch eine große Schiebetüre abgetrennt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr umfangreich und ließ nichts vermissen. Toll fanden wir den eigenen Stellplatz innerhalb eines abgeschlossenen Areals mit elektrischem Toröffner. Einziger "Kritikpunkt" ist die Tatsache, dass der Gebäudekomplex etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Man erkennt dies insbesondere im Bad obwohl die Vermieter alles tun, um das Appartement gemütlich zu machen.

Appartement très agréable avec superbe vue

Appartement familial avec une vue magnifique, très belle terrasse dont nous avons pu profiter fin octobre. Rien ne manque en équipement, même les petits ustensiles. La literie est très confortable. A proximité immédiate de l'île des loisirs, des restaurants et du centre. Le port est au pied de l'immeuble : de belles balades en zone piétonne, au calme.

"Appartement donnant sur ...

"Appartement donnant sur le port avec une vue très agréable. Avons apprécié les repas sur la terrasse à l''ombre. Très calme le soir. L''appartement est à cinq minutes de divers commerces et des restaurants. Grande simplicité mais avec tout le nécessaire. Les plages sont proches à pied. Le stationnement est sur la résidence et sécurisé. Nous reviendrons très certainement au Cap d''Agde en cette période et en privilégiant cette location."
