le logement est conforme à la description, très propre et bien agencé. ce logement a l’une des meilleures vues de Praloup, le front de pistes. Été comme Hivers, on ne se lasse pas de cette vue. Je remercie M. Héraut, le propriétaire, pour sa disponibilité et sa bienveillance.

Un très bon séjour

Nous avons pleinement apprécié notre séjour dans cet appartement. Bien placé, une vraie chambre avec une très bonne literie, un espace salon agréable et confortable avec un bon canapé, et une grande table. Salle de Bain très agréable et WC indépendant. Nous avons été séduits par toutes les conditions offertes par cette location et n’hésiterons pas à y retourner.

Bien sauf: 1) pas de lave linge… problème quand on reste 15jrs et perdre son temps à la laverie, même si on est en vacances !!! 2) pas de parking!!! 3) aspirateur pue!!! Le reste ça va

Séjour au top!

Appartement spacieux et confortable, idéalement situé, à 2 pas des pistes et des commerces. Parfait pour une famille avec 2 enfants! La terrasse plein sud est un vrai plus! Seul petit bémol, la cuisine un peu petite et sans lave vaisselle. Mais tous les autres avantages éclipsent largement ce petit défaut!

L’appartement parfait pour un séjour en famille à Praloup

Appartement aux commodités parfaites pour profiter à plein des charmes de Praloup : - appartement traversant lumineux, au confort total, propre et parfaitement équipé, - accessibilité au centre de la station et aux pistes immédiatement à pied. - accueil et contacts faciles et agréables avec le propriétaire et son relai sur place. - et en prime, feud d’artifice et descente aux flambeaux directement depuis le balcon … On y reviendra de façon certaine !

Appartement très bien placé dans la station avec belle vue. Bien accueillie par Mr Hackert qui m'a même monté mes bagages...L'appartement est propre et équipé de nombreux produits du quotidien ;le seul bémol est l'absence de placard...........Heureusement j'étais seule

Appartement très confortable pour 2 personnes.coin nuit bien séparé du coin séjour.sanitaires neufs. Coin cuisine a moderniser. Pas toujours facile de trouver un stationnement a proximité. Bon accueil.

Logement agréable et très bien orienté

Arrivée le samedi 14 après midi pour une semaine de ski, la station de praloup a fermé le dimanche 15 à 10h du matin, arrêté préfectoral oblige.......donc l’appart très bien, mais départ obligatoire le 17 avant midi, séjour raté. Félicitations à Abritel et au propriétaire qui ont très bien géré mon problème et le remboursement de mon séjour.

Magnifique appartement

Je vous recommande cette appartement. Il est très bien situé...un plaisir pour allez skier. Confortable, spacieux, wifi, superbe vu. Un propriétaire et un concierge a l' écoute. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l appartement de Sylvain, il est très confortable, propre, calme, bien situé, tout se fait à pied. Découverte de la région, nombreuses randonnées, et en prime le beau temps. Une adresse à retenir pour un prochain séjour

Appartement très bien situé en face de la piste de luge vue agréable boulangerie juste à 2 pas

On s'y sent bien appartement très agréable la salle de bain a été refaite à neuf et est spacieuse. Nous rechoisirons cet appartement pour nos prochains séjours. Idéal pour famille ou entre amis. Réservation et explication très simple et facile.

Super appart au pied des pistes !

Appartement très agréable à vivre, bien organisé et déco très sympa. Il est parfaitement situé dans la station, toutes les commodités sont à quelques pas. La cerise sur le gateau : la vue est remarquable... ! Ravie par cette location, je recommande, merci Sylvain :)
