We really enjoyed our stay very much!

We found the Apartment to be as it is advertised. We had a really lovely stay with our Children 4 and 2. The Beach is 500m to 1km from our stay and is really nice. Beach and bakery is reachable per foot. We can only recommend this Apartment.

Amazing chilled space

We had an amazing 8 day trip to Équihen-Plage the apartment was great value for money, and exactly as described - the terrace is actually bigger than in looks and a real sun trap in the afternoon. The beach is fantastic, with some of the best life guards around. We were there most days and then back in the evening for the sunsets. This is a very quiet town, it had everything we needed and found everyone very friendly and welcoming. Great location for bigger coast towns if needed. Thanks to our hosts for their welcome and relaxed approach!

very sweet appartement with a very nice host, near to the beach, the kitchen is near the entrance and it is like a experience house, it is good to know the possibilites of this nice place, there Hassan can tell you a lot!!! Better you have older childern who can easily go the 200 stairsteps to the beach.

Schöne Ferienwohnung nah am Meer

Die Ferienwohnung ist genauso wie beschrieben und fotografiert. Die Terrasse ist zur alleinigen Benutzung und es gibt einen separaten Zugang zur Wohnung. Hassan, der Vermieter, ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Vor Ort gibt es alles um dort einen schönen Urlaub zu verbringen. Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Guten Abend, In den 15 Jahren, in denen ich vermiete, ist es das erste Mal, dass ich unehrlichen Menschen begegne, die nur eine Rückerstattung für den Aufenthalt anstreben. Tatsächlich haben Sie mir bei Ihrer Ankunft eine schriftliche Nachricht hinterlassen, in der Sie mir Ihre Zufriedenheit mitgeteilt haben. Dann kam es zu einer Meinungsverschiedenheit, als ich Ihnen sagte, dass ich nur das Nötigste für Ihre Ankunft zur Verfügung gestellt habe (nämlich: eine Rolle Toilettenpapier, Papierhandtuch, Spülmittel usw.) und dass Sie den Rest natürlich im Laden besorgen sollten . Seit diesem Moment haben Sie destruktives und toxisches Verhalten angenommen: verschiedene Schäden (kaputte Lattenroste), Schmutz (Pistazien auf dem Boden, mit Krümeln gefüllte Sessel, sehr schmutzige Toiletten...) und die Liste ist nicht vollständig. Wenn Sie die Wahrheit sagen, glauben Sie, dass treue Kunden jedes Jahr wiederkommen würden?! Allerdings habe ich Ihren Schaden den anderen Gästen im Dorf gemeldet, um Sie auf die schwarze Liste zu setzen. Weil Ihr schurkischer Modus Operandi nur einen Zweck hat, nämlich einen Rabatt zu erhalten. Bitte beachten Sie, dass ich zum ersten Mal seit 15 Jahren gezwungen bin, die Kaution für den plötzlichen Schaden, den Schmutz und Ihre unbezahlten Schulden (eine fehlende Nacht) abzuziehen, was Ihre Unehrlichkeit beweist.

Der Aufenthalt war ganz angenehm. Die Vermieterin war sehr bemüht und immer zu erreichen. Die Couch ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte erneuert werden, und der Abfluss könnte besser funktionieren, aber gerade letzteres ist auch nicht so einfach zu lösen. Wenn die Rohre nun einmal zu klein sind, dann ist das leider so. Aber das ist auch wirklich jammern auf hohen Niveau, Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt sehr schön, nur das Wetter hat leider nicht mitgespielt. Gerne wieder bei schönerem Wetter.

Einfach entspannend

Absolut gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Keine Luxusausstattung, aber komfortabel und sympathisch. Wer keine Touristenströme mag ist dort richtig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Strand ist einmalig schön, auch mit Kindern zu empfehlen. Aufgrund der steilen Treppe in der Wohnung aber nichts für Kleinkinder.

Schön gelegene Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung in Equihen Plage ist sehr gut gelegen. Der Strand ist zu Fuß in zwei Minuten zu erreichen und auch alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung war für uns (zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder im Alter von 10 und 11 Jahren) von der Größe gut bemessen. Die Schlafplätze waren sauber und mit frischer Bettwäsche ausgestattet. Gut sind die elektrischen Rollos in den Schlafbereichen. Das Badezimmer hat eine gute Größe und ist zusätzlich mit einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet. In der Dusche könnte der Duschkopf erneuert werden :) Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern wäre bei Bedarf ein Treppenschutzgitter ratsam. Die Terrasse vor dem Haus ist groß und mit ausreichend Stühlen, einem Tisch und einem Grill ausgestattet. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung und der Kontakt zum Vermieter war trotz unzureichender Sprachkenntnisse unsererseits problemlos. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Familie Timm
