Good morning, The house is isolated from all civilization. The only neighbors: - the Gulunie farmhouse is located 400 m as the crow flies - the second house on the estate: 150m as the crow flies. The houses are completely separated from each other, separated by nature. Moreover, they are not located at the same altitude. The villa with swimming pool has an incomparable characteristic: it is invisible to everyone. The sofas in the living room will be replaced at the end of this year 2023 without fail. Thank you for your remark. The front door was forced just before your arrival because tenants forgot the keys inside the house. So we forced this door ourselves. It was completely repaired by a carpenter in May 2023 just after your visit. The toilet in the main part of the house will be replaced before the end of 2023 without fail. Thank you for your remark. The magnificent large garden allows any dog to run around without risk. Perhaps you would have preferred a tiny fenced garden of a few square meters? In conclusion, I find your assessment severe. Regarding the bedrooms, we would like to clarify that the information about the bedroom located in the annex is clearly mentioned in the listing to avoid any confusion. However, we understand that this setup may not suit all family configurations. As for air conditioning, we are currently working on improving the comfort of the house and are planning to install air conditioning in the bedrooms soon. Regarding air conditioning, we initially prioritized more environmentally friendly solutions. However, we understand that nighttime temperatures are becoming increasingly uncomfortable. As mentioned on the description of the house on the website, the third room is out of the main house (15 meters away), under the terrace. The access is done through a footpath with few stone slabs at the end of which you find a short stairway leading down to the room. Thus, people with reduced mobility should stay in the main house. Concerning the access to the house, it is done through a gravel road (350m) accessible to any classical cars. To conclude, we are sorry that you fell so quiet. Nevertheless, people renting this house are looking for peacefulness, calm and relaxation.
