Beau Petit studio qui est très agréable avec sa terrasse couverte qui nous abrite bien lors des fortes chaleurs. Accueil très sympathique, hôte toujours à votre disposition. Vous pouvez tout faire à pied : un carrefour city se trouve à quelques mètres, 15mm du centre ville, parc animalier à quelques pas du studio.Merci Isabelle et Gwenaël pour cet accueil chaleureux.

Magnifique studio très propre,bonne literie ,tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner,on s’y sent comme à la maison. Place de parking privative très appréciable sachant que l’on est très proche autant du centre-ville que de l’océan.Sans oublier la sympathie et l’accueil avec de bons conseils de Mme Garcia.

Appartement très bien situé dans La Rochelle, au calme, très propre, bien équipé, très bon accueil et communication avec la propriétaire. De plus le grand lit est très confortable. C'est une location que je recommande sans réserve.

Un séjour formidable

Joli studio, confortable, bien équipé, bien aménagé, bien situé, à deux pas d'un parc magnifique et dans un quartier très calme. Contact cordial avec notre hôtesse, pleine de petites attentions et avec laquelle nous avons immédiatement établi des relations de confiance. La Rochelle est une très jolie ville et il y a de très nombreuses et belles choses à y voir, ainsi que dans les environs. Des vacances dont nous nous souviendrons longtemps. Attention néanmoins à la place de parking étroite si vous avez un véhicule large mais il n'y a eu aucun problème car on a pu compter sur la courtoisie des autres usagers. Des oreillers un peu plus denses seraient souhaitables. Mais pour tout le reste, un seul mot s'impose : merci !

Très joli studio bien équipé et idéalement placé au bord d'un parc très calme pour découvrir la Rochelle. Son plus : la place de parking à disposition. Isabelle est très agréable et serviable. A recommander.

Vacances idéales

Accueil très chaleureux par la propriétaire de ce studio moderne,cofortable,lumineux où rien ne manque.Emplacement idéal ,proche des commerces ,des parcs magnifiques, à 10 mn d'une très belle plage sans oublier le parking privé et le balcon très bien équipé. Une excellente adresse à retenir pour de prochaines vacances.

Séjour agréable, la proximité du Vieux port permet d'aller déguster les glaces de chez Ernest, à tester absolument !! 10 min à pieds, c'est parfait! Le parc juste derrière la résidence est magnifique. Petit déjeuner sur la terrasse chaque matin. Le parking privé est un plus! Super accueil de Gaëlle, reste à notre disposition en cas de besoin. Je recommande!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !!! Très bon accueil de la propriétaire à notre arrivée qui prend de son temps pour nous donner les lieux à visiter à ne pas manquer et nous donnez toutes les informations pour passer un bon séjour. Studio très très bien équipé, (petit + le lave linge) sans oublier le privilège d'une place parking dans la résidence. Location situé dans un secteur calme à 2 pas d'un super parc ombragé avec animaux.

Détente en toute simplicité

L'appartement est très fonctionnel, calme et très bien situé juste derrière un beau parc qui mène au centre de la Rochelle en 15 minutes à pied. Cerise sur le gâteau, une petite plage est également à moins de 15 minutes en marchand.
