Vacanza con amici over 50

È molto fuori dalle strade principali di Formentera ( ha fatto fatica anche il navigatore del tassista a trovare la casa). Tutto sommato una vacanza piacevole. Avrebbe bisogno di qualche ritocchino ( sicuramente ha bisogno di manutenzione) soprattutto dopo un forte temporale è entrata acqua dal tetto in 2 camere.. con lo scooter comunque resta a 3 km. da San Francesc. Si può passare un’altra vacanza tranquillamente. Per quelli che cercano lusso o quant’altro non è il posto giusto. Per chi come noi si adegua al target va benissimo.Grazie.

Mauvais rapport qualité /prix

Le propriétaire est charmant , la localisation parfaite , la maison typique de Formentera. Mais les lits sont durs comme du bois, je n'ai pas dormi. Le confort très sommaire, sauf la cuisine refaite à neuf: pas de siège sauf un canapé en skaï sans âge dans le salon, deux transats dehors très très sales ( je ne me suis jamais assise dessus ): impossible de rester dehors donc pour chiller. Il n'y a pas de wifi certes mais il n'y a pas non plus de 4G , pas de réseau du tout vous êtes injoignable. Sauf le matin une 3G intermittente. Bref cette maison est basique, elle peut être appréciée par certains mais pas à ce prix là !

La casa è molto spaziosa, pulita e tranquilla. È immersa nella campagna ma a 5 minuti d’auto dal centro di Sant Francesc. La cucina è stata rinnovata recentemente ed è super accessoriata. C’è anche una comoda doccia esterna. Il proprietario è molto cortese e disponibile. Consigliamo di utilizzare la cassaforte in dotazione, in quanto la zona è molto isolata.

"Alors, il y a tant à dire sur cet endroit fabuleux,la 1ière chose qui me vient à l esprit est la douceur de vivre et l aspect resté sauvage de l île,quant à notre location tout y était parfait ,le calme,la beauté du lieu ,l aménagement et le charme de la maison ,la propreté,les chambres spacieuses ,la terrasse d où on entend que le bruit des vagues,bref paradisiaque à ts niveaux,quant aux propriétaires cela a été un véritable "coup de foudre" des personnes formidables,disponibles,discrètes,adorables et d une gentillesse rare,une chose est certaine ,nous reviendrons car les 6 adultes que ns sommes sont tous tombés sous le charme de l île et de Santi ,Concha,Neous et Jaume,alors profitez bien,vous qui partez ,bande de veinards,on vous envie !!!!!!"

Casa davvero carina...nella campagna di formentera , tra fiori , fichi d'India e limoni , un patio per gradevolissime colazioni e spazi all'ombra o al sole per ottime letture. Naturalmente adatta a chi apprezza tutto ciò ... Lontano dalla pazza folla....devo segnalare la squisitezza e disponibilità dei proprietari.
