(Text automatically translated) In Via Renzo Lacock, a few steps from the beach (600 meters) rental apartment in newly built house, consisting of 2 bedrooms, living room with kitchen, bathroom with shower and a balcony with a table and chairs for eating outside. The house has a shared laundry room, for guests, TV with Freeview, the kitchen has an electric oven, a fridge with a freezer and a large water reservoir. On request we also provide sheets and towels, large garden and close to shops, ATMs, post offices and restaurants. We can accommodate a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 5 people, if only for two or three days. We rent at reasonable prices and we offer discounts for long stays, call us for a custom quote!

Apartment sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Urlaub und der Wohnung in Cala Gonone. Sehr freundlicher und netter Eigentümer. Spricht übrigens sehr gut Deutsch! Er hat uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt, auch den kleinsten. Auch sehr gute Tipps gegeben. Ich kann die Wohnung zu 100% weiter empfehlen. Lucyna

Geräumige Unterkunft mit toller Terrasse

Gian Luigi hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und hat uns viele hilfreiche Tips gegeben. Er war immer sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Den Willkommenswein und Kekse haben wir sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist groß und hat eine schöne Terrasse mit Meerblick. Zum nächsten Strand ist es innerhalb von 10/15 Minuten fussläufig zu erreichen. Insgesamt hatten eine super Zeit in der Unterkunft und würden gerne wiederkommen!

Perfekte Lage für Strand oder Motorradurlaub

Vom Empfang durch Herr Luigi Sale bis zu den Unternehmungsmöglichkeiten und der Lage in Berg- und Strandnähe war alles perfekt. Auch unsere kleine Hündin hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Betreuung durch Luigi war sehr familiär und man fühlte sich wie zu Hause. Empfehlenswert !

Il Sig Luigi è una persona gentilissima e molto professionale. Durante il ceck-in ci ha dato tutte le notizie necessarie per la gestione dell’appartamento e per avventurarci nelle meravigliose spiagge. Cominciamo con il Sig.Gianluigi un host con i FIOCCHI con un accoglienza straordinaria che ti sa catturare con la sua professionalità e con i suoi consigli utili per affrontare a scoprire Cala Gonone e d'intorni. La casa è super ben accessoriata e pulitissima in ottima posizione con 7 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e 2 min. di macchina.Ideale da passare una vacanza in famiglia e amici con un mare veramente favoloso. Großzügige und sehr saubere FeWo. Sehr gute Einrichtung und Ausstattung mit allem, was man braucht, auch in der Küche. Der Vermieter ist sehr, sehr nett und sofort zur Stelle, wenn man etwas braucht. Klettergebiete in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen, Strand auch zu Fuß in 10 Minuten. Supermärkte und Gastronomie in der Nähe. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Woning was netjes en schoon. Kaal maar functioneel. Geen bank om op te zitten. Omdat het lekker weer was hebben wij dit niet gemist. Jammer dat je apart moet betalen voor handdoeken en beddengoed. Communicatie met eigenaar verliep vlot. Hij is erg vriendelijk en gaf ons handige informatie voor ons verblijf.
