Séjour Doux amer

Cette location pourrait être parfaite en apparence mais à l'usage un casse-tête La propreté de la maison n'était pas à la hauteur, poils de chien, housses de matelas sales, reste de chips, verres qui collent.... une poêle de cuisson cramée inutilisable... un jardin qui mériterait quand même un rafraichissement par respect pour les locataires, obligé de chevaucher des herbes hautes pour étendre son linge... Dans la salle de bain, dans la douche la pression de l'eau etait trop faible, dans la baignoire impossible de maintenir une eau à température correcte, soit trop chaud mais peu de temps parce que globalement c'était tout le temps froid. Nous sommes dans le sud heureusement La maison est spacieuse et agréable, et la dame qui s'occupe de la logistique, arrangeante et sympathique. Mais pour de la location à ce prix, cela ne suffit pas.

soucis de la maison en location

déçu pas wifi ,pas de télévision du au propriétaire qui n'avait pas payer leur abonnement et pas air conditionner comme indiquer dans l 'annonce simplement des ventilateurs le barbecue est dans un état pitoyable.(donc pas de barbecue pendant 15 jours). le ménage ,la dame d'entretien peu faire pas mal d'effort car dans les armoires poussières dans les coins des tas de poussières et en dessous des lits , douche poussiéreuse il faudrait changer de femme de ménage.

Schönes Haus mit kleinen Schwächen, für uns etwas zu abgelegen

Das Haus bietet sehr viel Platz, ist behindertengerecht, hat mehrere Schlafräume, eine Toilette getrennt vom Badezimmer und einen sehr großzügigen Wohn-/Ess-/Kochbereich. Die Küche ist mit Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Backofen und modernem Herd gut ausgestattet, Toaster und Pfannen müssten erneuert werden. Leider gab es in der Küche viele Ameisen, auch in den Vorratsschränken. Die Schlafzimmer waren zweckmäßig mit Franz. Bett, ordentlicher Matratze und genügend Stauraum. Für sehr große Menschen sind die Betten allerdings nicht geeignet. Das Badezimmer ist mit Dusche und Badewanne gut ausgestattet, der Duschkopf ließ sich nicht einhängen. Es gab eine gut funktionierende Waschmaschine, Trocknungsmöglichkeiten im Haus (bei Regen) fehlten. Es gab extrem viele Stechmücken auch im Haus, Moskitonetze vor den Fenstern wären unbedingt erforderlich. Wir waren während einer Hitzeperiode dort und die gut funktionierenden Ventilatoren brachten nur wenig Erleichterung, eine Klimaanlage (außer einem portablen, schlecht funktionierendem Gerät) gab es leider nicht. Der Terrassenbereich ist teilüberdacht, hat eine gute Sitzgruppe und 2 bequeme Liegen. Das Haus liegt etwas abseits, Bäcker, Metzger und kleiner Supermarkt sind mit dem Fahrrad gut erreichbar. Der Heimweg geht zum Ende hin steil bergauf. Das Meer ist über die Straße schnell erreichbar (6 km), mit dem Fahrrad fährt man am Canal du midi etwas länger (je nach Trainingszustand 20-30 min.). Das Wlan funktionierte trotz Code nicht.

Tres bon séjour

location sympatique et fonctionnelle. nous avons passé un agréable séjour quelques petites remarques manque de couverts : insuffisant pour faire 2 repas l'éclairage est un peu juste le matériel est un peut vieillissant et necessite une petite révision

intérieur clair, jardinet sécurisé

Accueil très très agréable par Charlotte, de la maison voisine. Maison agréable car très claire avec porte fenêtre dans chaque pièce, et bien chauffée à notre arrivée mais quelques détails tels que douche non utilisable, lampes sans ampoule (1 chevet et hotte), poêles usées, télévisions à tubes cathodiques, absence de wifi, un nombre restreint de cintres... bref équipement global minimaliste et obsolète. (On ressent un manque de suivi de la part des propriétaires pour cette location).

Angenehmes Ferienhaus

Wir haben dieses Haus zum 5. Mal gemietet, das spricht für sich, weil uns wir dort sehr wohlfühlen konnten. Es gut eingerichtet, sauber und liegt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung günstig. Es ist geräumig (Ess -Wohnbereich besonders), wichtig auch, dass die Betten ordentlich sind. Das freundliche Ehepaar Hofstetter, das das Haus betreut, stand uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen ist vielleicht das fehlende W-LAN ( Die SFR weigerte sich diesmal meinen USB-Stick aufzuladen = clé d´internet) und der doch in die Jahre gekommene Fernseher. Der Besitzer hatte damals vor unserem ersten Kommen liebenswürdigerweise eine Satellitenantenne installieren lassen. Es lassen sich also auch ausländische Programme empfangen.

Très bon séjour !

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette location. A proximité de Béziers et de Portiragnes Plage : commerces et plages = que du bonheur ! Villa très propre, bien meublée et relativement calme. On aurait peut-etre aimé une TV qui capte un peu + de chaines mais on était pas là pour la regarder de toutes façons !...
