Lovely traditional apartment
Really nice apartment & we had a good stay in February half term and would happily stay again. Lovely host really helpful and quick to help.
In terms of details; Location is 1.2km north of the village. We were 2 friends so one had the main bed, the other the small bed, in the same room which was fine. Small bed was fine once a duvet was provided (on request). We also asked for towels, loo roll and a bin bag, which were provided within an hour of request. Note: bring your own loo roll, we were given one and on reflection we thought it probably doesn’t get provided normally. We found the guest book helpful. The heating was tricky to master but was quick to warm. The bin store was not where the guest book suggested it was, or at least we couldn’t find it, so we walked up the main road towards the village and used that one (about 200m). There was no mention of cleaning duties on the App but the guest book suggested you could buy a ‘with cleaning’ and ‘without cleaning’ package. The App also suggests ‘basic soap’ provided - which was washing up liquid only. Note: bring soap! We found the need to clean without products being provided as surprising so we bought our own. You will need to bring tea towels, and a cloth for washing up as well. The hairdryer was vintage and overheated after 30 seconds and shorted out. We have mentioned it to the host through the App as probably needing replacement. Storage was very good and there was a place for everything. The host was very helpful, friendly, and responded really quickly to any message. Overall a really lovely traditional apartment and would happily stay again.
