Lovely stay

It was a lovely stay and we enjoyed it very much. The house was very tidy, the kitchen was well equipped and everything was exactly as described on the webpage. Our 2 teenage daughters enjoyed having a separate room including an own bathroom! The surroundings are calm and beautiful (only a 5 minute walk away from the sea)! It was a perfect stay!

The villa was well appointed and has everything we need. Very comfortable and cute. Wish it had a private swimming pool though as at the compound pool they ask you to wear a swim cap which the kids do not like. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Beautiful stay

Beautiful, spacious home located in the heart of everything. Peaceful and private with gorgeous flowers all over the garden- perfect oasis. The AC units in the bedrooms are powerful and heaven sent. The patio is shaded and lovely. Highly recommend!

Lovely home, pity about location

The property is beautiful and our group of four found it very spacious albeit the kitchen is cosy, stunning verandah. Communication with the owner/manager was very good from the start, thank you Dario. The unit was well equiped and has air conditioners in both bedrooms. Such a pity about the noise generated by the neighbouring resort.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison et le jardin sont très agréable. Nous n’avons pas eu de chance car les climatiseurs des 2 chambres sont tombés en panne. Dario a été très réactif à chacunes de nos demandes ou questionnements. Juste à noter que la 2ème chambre est dans une dépendance donc pas adapté avec des jeunes enfants.

Wir können zu dieser Unterkunft nur gutes sagen! Man fühlt sich rundum wohl. alles sehr sauber und freundliche Betreuung. Allerdings muss einem bewusst sein das es eine sehr ruhige Gegend ist. man sollte schon ein Auto haben, da es in nächster Umgebung nichts gibt. eventuell ist es im Sommer anders und es ist mehr los.. für uns war dies aber Perfekt so und im umkreis von 5Km bekommt man alles was man braucht. 10 von 10 Punkten für die Unterkunft, Umgebung wie Land und Leute !!!

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

An Darios Haus gibt es kaum etwas zu meckern. Sehr sauber und immer wieder toll, wenn man nach Tagesausflügen oder dem Abendessen durch das automatische Tor in einen wunderschön beleuchteten und sehr privaten Garten fährt. Es ist alles wie beschrieben und es gibt keine negativen Überraschungen, alles funktioniert. Vielen Dank für die tolle Kommunikation. Man bekommt auf jede Frage innerhalb nicht mal einer Stunde die helfende Antwort. Dieses Haus kann man bedenkenlos buchen. Vielen Dank noch einmal.

Ferienoase an der Costa Serena

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Haus, gut gelegen, in wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuss an tollen Stränden, in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto ist man am Windsurfstrand in Porto Pollo. Das Haus hat alles was es für gemütliche Ferienzeit benötigt. Sehr ruhig. Grill hat es auch. Die Kinder hatten viel Platz zum Spielen. Unterstand fürs Auto. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Dario und Dina sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Übergabe wie Abnahme waren unkompliziert. Dankeschön!

Wirklich tolles Haus

Wir haben hier einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt gehabt, das Haus ist wirklich schön, lädt zum entspannen ein und ist Mitte September sehr ruhig! Perfekt mit Kleinkind, da man das Kind einfach mal laufen lassen kann, weil alles einsehbar und umzäunt ist! Ein Auto ist schon ziemlich wichtig, es gibt aber einen kleinen Supermarkt im Stella Maris-Hotel, der ab halb neun geöffnet ist und alles wichtige inklusive Brötchen hat. Die Kommunikation mit Dario war gut und sehr schnell. Wir waren komplett begeistert von Haus und der Umgebung!

Geschmackvolles Haus mit Garten

Geschmackvoll renoviertes Haus, schön angelegter großer Garten (voll umzäunt). Vor allem die Terrasse ist wunderschön. Tolles Ambiente, incl. Beleuchtungskonzept. Waren zu Viert mit einem Hund und dafür ist es genau richtig. Kommunikation mit Dario (in englisch) hat sehr gut funktioniert. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Toller Aufenthalt

Wir sind schon häufig im Herbst in der Nähe von Porto Pollo gewesen. Da wir Angst hatten, dass es im Hochsommer zu heiß in einer Ferienwohnung werden würde, haben wir uns diesmal für ein Haus plus Garten entschieden. Es war die richtige Entscheidung! Die Bilder geben 1:1 die aufwendig gestalteten Außenanlagen inkl. Sonnensegel etc. wieder. Hervorzuheben ist die tolle überdachte Terrasse. Auch an den heißesten Tagen konnten wir uns dort erholen. Ein weiteres Plus: die Außendusche, sogar mit Warmwasser. Auch den Gasgrill haben wir sehr genutzt. Die Gartenaußenanlagen würden wir am liebsten 1:1 mit nach Hause nehmen. Sehr hochwertig. Dass der Rasen bei der dort herrschenden Hitze verbrannt bzw. nicht vorhanden ist, ist eher löblich, denn bei dem herrschenden Wassermangel ist diese Bewässerung nicht gerade sinnvoll. Die fantastisch blühenden Bougainvillae werden per Tröpfchenbewässerung versorgt. Klasse! In der Beschreibung des Hauses fehlt vielleicht für Familien mit kleineren Kindern der Hinweis: das zweite Schlafzimmer und Bad befindet sich in einem Anbau des Hauses. Ich hatte diesen Umstand aber vorher in den Beschreibungen herausgelesen und für uns war es sehr gut so. Die Küche war mit Salz, Pfeffer, Spüli, genügend Tellern und Besteck eigentlich super gut ausgestattet. Ich war aber heilfroh, dass wir unsere eigene große Caffetteria von Biletti mitgenommen hatten. Mit der kleinen vorhandenen Tabs Kaffeemaschine wären wir sonst sehr unglücklich gewesen. Etwas vermisst haben wir eine schöne große Salatschüssel aus Porzellan oder Glas, dafür hatten wir aber genügend Weingläser :-). Für Picknick am Strand oder Ausflüge am besten eigene Tupperdosen mitbringen. So etwas ist leider auch nicht (mehr?) im Haus vorhanden. Der Kontakt zu dem Vermieter war sehr gut. Meine Anfragen bzw. Bitte, für vier Gartenliegen und genügend Gas für den Grill im Vorwege zu sorgen, wurden sofort positiv beantwortet. Schlüsselübergabe und Abgabe hat auf die Minute geklappt, auch wenn Dina kein Englisch/Deutsch und wir kein Italienisch sprechen. Dario hat dies alles im Vorwege für uns geregelt. Er war per e-Mail immer in kürzester Zeit für uns da. Danke Dario!!! Die Anlage drumherum war vor dem 15. Juli fast ausgestorben. Auch der Laden hatte erst ab dem 22.07. geöffnet. So mussten wir leider immer nach Palau für Einkäufe fahren. Wir denken aber, dass das Corona geschuldet ist. Fazit: Dank des Gartens ein sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt mit tollen Strandbuchten in der Nähe.

Super sauberes+gepflegtes Haus mit guter Ausstattung, gepflegtem Garten. Liebevolle Begrüßung mit gekühlten Getränken, Obstschale, flauschig-weichen Handtüchern, gepflegte Möbel und auch sehr gepflegte Küchengeräte, sehr nette Einführung in das Haus samt Technik, sehr zuverlässig und unkompliziert bei Terminwunsch. Es fand sich nix!!! zu meckern.

Gepflegte Unterkunft mit schönem Garten

Ansprechendes Haus mit zweckmäßiger Einrichtung. Sehr schöne überdachte Terrasse, gepflegter Garten und Außenanlagen. Einziger Nachteil der leider leicht vorhandene „muffige“ Geruch in beiden Schlafzimmern. Die Betten könnten besser ausgestattet sein. Die Matratzen sind sehr hart und die Kopfkissen leider „muffig“. Das Haus ist aber insgesamt sehr sauber.
