Bel appartement avec vue à couper le souffle

L'appartement est parfaitement situé pour aller au port et à la plage. On peut tout faire à pied même les courses. Le trois-pièces est bien équipé pour un séjour confortable en famille.

Au coeur de Cassis

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable en famille pendant les vacances de Toussaint dans cet appartement bien conçu et bien aménagé, très bien situé avec une belle vue sur la mer. La place de parking est un atout précieux. La propriétaire est très accueillant. Nous avons déjà prévu de revenir : ce sera avec grand plaisir ! Anne

Très bon séjour

Appartement très bien, vue sur la mer et son château très agréable le soir au coucher du soleil. Il a fait très chaud et la climatisation à très bien fonctionné pendant toute cette période de canicule. Un très bon accueil à notre arrivée.

Wunderschöne Wohnung für Familien

Der Ausblick über Cassis hat uns in der 1. Minute geflasht (abends erst!!!!😍) Selbst die Kids waren begeistert. Es ist alles in der Wohnung vorhanden was benötigt wird. Wir konnten jeden Tag auf der Terrasse frühstücken und den Ausblick genießen. Alles war sehr sauber und in den Betten konnte man sehr gut schlafen (was ich persönlich sehr wichtig finde). Wir kommen wieder!!!

Wohnung mit traumhafter Sicht

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Alles hat wunderbar geklappt. Der Vermieter ist ein extrem netter und sympathischer Herr, fast schon ein Philanthrop. Die Wohnung ist sauber und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Der angebotene Parkplatz ist Gold wert in Cassis! Vielen Dank Herr Degracia

Super Lage

Wohnung ist geräumig, es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch, man kann die Flagge am Strand sehen. Die Klimaanlagen funktionieren super und man kann die ganze Wohnung kühlen, wenn man möchte. Der Vermieter ist auch super nett. Wir hatten tolle 2 Wochen.

Entre les cigales et la mer

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Mr Degracia, le propriétaire. Il nous a donné des idées d'excursions, les jours de marché, conseillé les restaurants. L'appartement était très propre. La douche fonctione bien, la cuisine est bien agencée, et l'air climatisé nous a donné pleine satisfaction. Je ne peux que recommander cet appartement de vacances.

Toller Blick auf Kap Canaille und Bucht, alles zu Fuß zu erreichen

Sehr schöne Wohnung in toller Lage mit Blick auf Cap Canaille, Cassis und Bucht, tip-top geplegt, alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen, ob einkaufen, Strand, 5 Minuten ins Ortszentrum. Auch eine Wanderung auf Cap Canaille geht ohne Auto. Es ist alles in der Wohnung was man braucht, auch als Selbstversorger, inkl einer kleinen Loggia für Frühstück und essen mit tollem Blick, sowie ein Parkplatz in der Anlage. Hr. Gracia der Vermieter ist sehr bemüht das alles passt. Haben das Auto die ganze Woche nicht gebraucht, Supermarkt ist "ums Eck". Einziger Minuspunkt: Die Strasse hat untertags viel Verkehr, also keine Ruhelage, das darf einem nicht stören.

Très joli Apartment avec une excellente vue

Très bon séjour à quatre dans ce joli Apartment. Accueil formidable et très sympa. Henri, le propriétaire est très gentil: il à même nous venu chercher et déposer à la gare. L’appartement est placé au centre-ville de Cassis mais dans un cadre très calme. Très pratique pour aller à la plage ou se balader en ville. Près de tout à pied. Lumineux et Vues à couper de souffle. Spacieux, lits très confortables, climatisation et jolies Chambres, salon, cuisine et intérieur en général. On pourrait pas être mieux! Encore un grand merci. Fortement recommandé !

Très belle vue, proche du centre, excellent

L’appartement qui donne sur la mer est magnifique, à 5 min à pieds du centre et 10 min des plages Grande Mer et Bestouan. Place de parking disponible, très important à Cassis. Propriétaire très accueillant et sympathique, nous avons passé un très bon séjour! Je recommande !

A wonderful apartment with a stunning view

Everything was absolutely perfect: M. Degracia let me check in a couple hours ahead of schedule and gave me an extra hour when checking out. He is a charming man and an incredibly talented sculptor. I want to comment on the kitchen that is large and very well equipped, in pots & pans, plain white dishes, wine & champagne glasses, cups and bowls of all kinds. Even a brand new pressure cooker. The dishwasher and washing machine work very well. All the other rooms are perfect, very bright (except for the one back bedroom) & spacious. I definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Appartement très propre, confortable, bien orienté avec une superbe vue sur mer et le cap Canaille et aussi proche de toute commodité. Appartement très agréable avec vue sur la mer

Je recommande cet appartement spacieux pour une famille, agréable, propre, avec une belle vue sur la mer et le Cap, idéalement situé (proche des commerces, de la plage et du port), et avec un parking (important à Cassis). Le propriétaire est très sympathique. Cassis est un très beau village et les calanques sont magnifiques. Nous reviendrons à Cassis passer nos vacances d'été !

Wunderbar und mit herrlichem Ausblick.

Die Ferienwohnung ist praktisch und vollumfänglich eingerichtet. Sie liegt optimal entfernt von allen schönen und wichtigen Dingen in Cassis (auch vom Meer). Der Vermieter ist reizend und sehr zuvorkommend. Kurzum: sehr zu empfehlen!

Frühstück mit Aussicht

Tolle Aussicht und doch ruhig und zentral. Bushaltestellen und Läden sind um die Ecke. Der Vermieter ist sehr charmant und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig und hübsch eingerichtet. Wir haben nichts vermisst!

Great location

The apartment is exactly as described online. It's located on the third floor (no elevator) and offers a great view of Cassis. Living room, balcony and one of the bedrooms face south which makes the apartment very bright and sunny. The balcony is rather small, but offers enough space for two people to sit and enjoy a meal. A big plus is the private parking. It's an easy downhill walk to the old town as well as the old port where you will find many restaurants. A large supermarket can be easily reached by foot. The owner, Mr. Degracia, shared lots of information about the area and had good suggestions which restaurants to try. When we encountered a problem with the shower he arrived within an hour to fix it. We very much enjoyed our stay in this apartment and would definitely stay here again.
