Hollywood Regency Style with Stunning Views - GOLF available!

This spacious Marrakesh C.C. home offers two large bedrooms each with en-suite baths. The home is appointed in a contemporary style with Ralph Lauren furniture, original art and luxurious bed and bath linens.

A new Viking kitchen includes gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and a full complement of dishes, glasses and silverware. Just outside the kitchen is the dining area that also looks toward the fabulous western view.

The west patio facing the golf course is wonderful for relaxing and enjoying the view with a cup of coffee or your favorite libation.

The home is well equipped and has everything to meet your needs during your stay including a large capacity washer and dryer, large LCD TV's, piano and high speed internet (WIFI).

Outdoor recreation abounds in Palm Desert. From spirited rounds of golf to friendly games of tennis or, when ready to unwind, recline on a poolside lounge chair at one of the 14 pristine pools.

Superb amenities in a pristine natural setting make Marrakesh Country Club one of the most coveted private clubs in the desert area. Impeccable grounds, lush fairways and stunning views of the Santa Rosa and San Jacinto Mountains welcome you inside the gated community.

NOTE: Guests may acquire Seasonal Membership for the use of the club facilities (Restaurant, Bar, Gym, Tennis & Golf etc) through Marrakesh Member service. Application Fee $100.
Social Privileges fee is $500 per month.

Golf membership fee is $2,300 per month. Includes Social privileges.

Pools/SPA’s are included with the rental Fee without extra charge. Fees are subject to change without notice.

Marrakesh Resort life!

Ideal location in the Palm Desert area with all the amenities we needed to enjoy our stay and feel like we were at home. Kitchen is very well stocked and quality mattresses for a good night's sleep. The pool and hot tub were pristine, quiet and just across from our rental. The community of Marrakesh is quiet and respectful with very friendly gate attendants. As well, Christopher was so easy to communicate with any questions we had and was very accommodating. Really enjoyed the charm of Marrakesh 60s vibe!

Marrakesh Country Club is a great location for us in the the desert, walkable neighborhood, beautiful golf course and mountain views, friendly residents and a welcoming clubhouse with good service and food. The unit is spotless, spacious, comfortable and well-appointed with amenities. Owner is very nice and always available. Even the gate folks are friendly and helpful. This is our desert dream.

A special place in the Coachella

Two months have brought record rain, washed out roads and some frequent chilly daytime temps. Do we care? No. This home with its high ceilings, doors and windows, a short walk from the clubhouse, 3 minutes from El Paseo, is our happy place. The staff here at Marrakesh are friendly and accommodating. The tiny kitchen has everything needed: I actually cooked and entertained. Two outdoor patios were perfect with changing sun and wind angles. Thank you, Chris. See you next season.

Fabulous home in beautiful Marrakesh Country Club

The golf course and mountain views are spectacular and the amenities are superb in this immaculate home. Chris thinks of everything and the attention to detail is very telling. The furnishings, appliances, dishes and art work are first class. The location is perfect for all that there is to see and do in the Palm Desert/Palm Springs area. Chris is a great guy and exceptionally accommodating. We stayed for one month, thoroughly enjoyed our visit and left wanting more. We also liked the security of being in a gated community. Two thumbs up!

Taking a Break!

“My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at your condo. The setting is beautiful as is the condo itself. We found it clean and well supplied with the essentials. We had no problems and were able to relax and have fun in some great weather. Situated closed to everything you need. Groceries and all the other stuff you don't need but want. El Paseo! Minutes to the COD market on weekends. And close to all the golf you can duff. Highly recommended. We will return.”

Lovely, lovely place

This house was gorgeous - modern, but classic and comfortable! The beds were super comfortable as well. The house is conveniently located next to a pool and just a 2 minute walk from the tennis courts and a 5 minute walk to the clubhouse. 30 minute walk to El Paseo if you want to stretch the legs. We stayed here for Easter week with family in other houses within the development. It was so relaxing to walk from spot to spot. It's a super tranquil neighborhood and feels like you stepped back in time with everyone saying hi and the fun pink, Hollywood Regency-style houses. The house also had a beautiful view of the mountains as well.
