Ground floor: large living room (living room kitchen) of 65m ², fully equipped kitchen, 1 toilet, 1 bedroom (double bed), 1 dressing room, large garage with ping-pong table, games.
Floor: Bathroom with shower and bath and double sink, 2 Bedrooms (double beds), 1 bedroom with BZ (L140cm) + 1 bed (L90cm) bunk. The whole house (rooms and living room) is air-conditioned.
