Nous avons été agréablement surpris car les photos ne mettent pas assez en valeur cette belle location où nous avons passé un excellent séjour.Nos hôtes sont très sympathiques, la maison est très propre et la literie (lits de 160) de très bonne qualité.Si vous devez venir vers Auxerre, vous serez à la bonne adresse pour passer un séjour agréable et tranquille.Un grand merci à Geneviève & Daniel.

une maison de vacances confortable dans un endroit très calme

Nous avons passé deux semaines dans cette jolie maison spacieuse. Les installations sont excellentes, rien ne manquait. Le jardin est grand et offre de l'intimité. De nombreux documents d'information et même des conseils sur la visite de divers établissements vinicoles nous ont aidés à explorer la région. Un grand merci aux propriétaires.

A very nice and complete gite. Also facilities for young children, there things like a cot, a swing and play house in the garden; spacious (sleeping)rooms and a lovely garden!

Owners were very welcoming and had anticipated all our needs, even providing a bath for the infant. Location is good for touring local vineyards and caves but probably wouldn't suit active teenagers. Local roads are in a poor state.

Lovely house and area

Well equipped and comfortable house in a lovely area of France. Lots of opportunities to visit culture, to walk and cycle. Very quiet surroundings. Nearest shop a little further away, but still doable. Very friendly owner who lives next door. Layout house and garden offer plenty of privacy.

Heerlijk huisje,

Hou jij van een landelijke omgeving van waaruit je leuke oude stadjes kan verkennen terwijl je van lekker eten en een goed glas wijn kan genieten dan is deze gite in noord Bourgogne (nabij Auxerre en Chablis) in Noord Frankrijk iets voor jou. Super fijn huisje, alles erop en eraan, zelfs koffie, suiker, handdoeken, andere huishoudelijke dingen en het bedje is gedekt. Het heeft 3 slaapkamers en honden zijn welkom.en dat voor een hele schappelijke prijs. De huisje ziet er in het echt nog beter uit dan op de foto's. Superaardige eigenaren die naast Frans ook nog Engels spreekt en heel behulpzaam zijn.

A 10 minutes d Auxerre et 10 minutes de toucy...emplacement idéal très calme. Les photos sur le site correspondent exactement à la maison....tout équipé avec ustensile de cuisine au complet....nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans cette superbe maison. Nous reviendrons. Location parfaite; description conforme à la réalité. La maison est très fonctionnelle, jolie, bien équipée, très propre. Il est nécessaire d'avoir une voiture pour visiter les environs. les hôtes sont absolument charmants, la communication fluide. Grand plus: c'est très calme, ce qui est très appréciable lorsqu'on souhaite se ressourcer loin des grandes agglomérations !

Sehr gut und mit viel Liebe eingerichtetes Haus. Die Gastgeber sind tolle Leute und mit der Deko im Haus und den zur Verfügung gestellten Unterlagen die besten Botschafter für ihre Region. Wir wurden mit Blumen und Wein herzlich begrüsst, dazu tolle Tipps. Sehr zu empfehlen

Lovely gite, very quiet location and caring host. Great for long walks in the countryside and visiting local vineyards and villages. Our two weeks went in a blink. Venez vous reposer à la Vignotte !

Un très bel espace de repos loin du quotidien. Un endroit très bien aménagé, propre et au calme. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances et avons pu acheter des produits grâce aux bons conseils des propriétaires. Des oeufs nous ont même été livrés à domicile par le voisin de M. et Mme MOISAND ;-) N'hésitez pas une seconde pour louer ce gite très agréable où nous avons profité du barbecue ! Le gite est très agréable, la literie particulièrement confortable. Les propriétaires, voisins directs, sont prévenants et attentionnés. L'aire de vie respecte l'intimité des locataires. Placé en limite du hameau, la possibilité de belles balades au milieu des champs est un bel atout pour ce petit bout de longère situé à quelques kilomètres d'Auxerre...

Superbes vacances !

Un très joli gîte, calme et confortable, avec un petit jardin devant pour se reposer, rêvasser ou juste profiter de la nature. Tout ce qu’il faut pour se mettre au vert l’espace de quelques jours, loin des turpitudes et du bruit de la ville. Si nous revenons dans la région, c’est sûr, nous reviendrons là !

La bourgogne a son meilleur!

Maison historique située en campagne avec tout le confort d'une habitation contemporaine ainsi qu'un très beau jardin. Les propriétaires présents sur place sont accueillants et s'assurent qu'on ne manque de rien. Localisation qui permet d'accéder rapidement aux principaux attraits de cette région riche en histoire et en vignobles. Bref, nous sommes deux couples de québécois qui avons adoré notre séjour chez les Moisand.
