Modular house into 2 apartments. Lime pit foot for 4 people. The two upper floors for a maximum of 8 people. Commendable in full for 13 guests. Located in a panoramic position overlooking the sea the citadel and the village. Quiet and pleasant park. Elegant furnishing.Above ground swimming pool. Private bar only for holidaymakers, sun loungers, parasol, hammock. Large shaded park with relaxing corners for personal daydreams. 3 golfs at 20mn by car. 3 dogs live in the property in a shady special fence. The cats are free. For couples, small familly or party possibility of renting by floor. Rates are for a minimum of 4 people for the ground floor apartment and 8 people for the upper floors, maximum of 13 guests in the entire villa. Renting for only 2 people on request. We undertake to organize aperitifs and can shop for the day of arrival.The rates may be decreasing according to the period and duration of stay. We recommend you to contract a cancellation insurance costs and premature return

My companion is a cook, painter and sculptor. I am a teacher of languages ​​and translator. Before emigrating to Greece I worked in my travel agency and went with tour groups in different continents. I do volunteer work, translation, for a Swiss company of assistance dogs for people with glicemy or other physical problems.

Why they chose this property

we built this house because we lived in the North-Cenral Europe. Clean but cold country. The period of vacation to the sun was too short. We decided to move South troughout the year. We live here over than 28 years. This area represents for us warmth, blank spaces...and the see in front of us.

Our prices are personalized service and quality. Our motto is to make the stay of our guests unforgettable and idyllic. Perhaps some are less expensive, but about our villa, many years later you still speak of those magical moments. Nature changes every day, we hear the birds. Sailboats and yachts anchored in the harbor are a wonder to behold. The sunsets in the sea are different every night and some times we even see the famous green flash. Night cruise ships that pass off all lights give an unreal atmosphere of lightness. Regardless of where one is the sea is omnipresent. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms spacious
