Très belle semaine de vacances à St Jean de Luz. Appartement super bien situé et très calme, de plus propriétaire très sympa. Adresse à retenir.

Très bien

L'appartement est agréable et très bien situé. Les équipements sont bien. Nous y avons passé une semaine. Seuls petits bémols, la pomme de douche est ancienne, un peu cassée, pas propre et mérite d'être changée d'urgence, ce que nous avons indiqué au propriétaire. Le dispositif pour passer du bain à la douche est très dur à manipuler. Cela aussi a été signalé. Tout le reste était parfait !

Pas terrible !!

Plein de choses à refaire dans cet appartement et le propriétaire devrait mieux ranger ce qui lui appartient chaussettes qui traînent vieux peignoirs derrière la porte de la salle de bain ! Quant aux toilettes une épouvantable odeur d'urine pendant tout le séjour le ménage laisse vraiment à désirer . C'est dommage car l'appartement est bien situé et grand. Louer ne s'improvise pas!!

Obligé de faire deux de ménage après le départ de ces deux locataires pour le mettre dans l’état où il était lors de la réception! Et plus d’odeurs dans les toilettes après le lavage du sol. A tout âge, il faut apprendre à uriner dans la cuvette!!!

Très bel appartement

Appartement fonctionnel à proximité de la plage, du parcours de santé et d'un beau parc pour enfants. Beaucoup de place pour ranger nos affaires. La place de parking est un réel plus. Hôte très sympathique qui met à disposition sa résidence principale. Nous recommandons ce logement, nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Balcon sur la Nivelle

Bel appartement traversant avec un balcon agréable donnant sur la Nivelle et la Rhune. Appartement idéalement situé pour visiter St Jean de Luz, à proximité du centre ville, de la gare routière et ferroviaire. Seul petit bémol, ménage à faire à l'entrée dans l'appartement . Sinon, possibilité de parking devant l'immeuble et de garage offert par le propriétaire.
