Sleeping 10 people, the Villa has 3 bedrooms in one wing, 2 bedrooms in the other wing and the living area in the middle allowing privacy for 2 families. 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets.

Large private heated pool (heated 14mx6m) with a 6m² submerged tanning area and immersion detector.

Set in typical 7000m² setting of olive trees, minutes walk from the centre of Callas, stunning views of the Esterel mountains.

Children welcome: cot, highchair and swing available.
High standard modern furniture, home cinema, WiFi Internet.
A special place to relax and explore!

Inside is light colours and nice volumes, 5m high ceiling in living room. Pictures show the spirit of the villa all organized towards the south view on the Esterel mountains. The villa is very quiet though only 1km away from the centre of the village, no other house is hiding the view: a great place to rest and enjoy the sun at the pool !

Fully equipped kitchen with island and view, white-enamelled kitchen cabinets. Large and luminous 60m² (45+15 higher) living room with large 4m window, dining table and chairs, sofas in the higher part.
Light colour terracotta floors and parquet floor in the bedrooms.

Fantastic villa

It is a fantastic villa - very spaceful, and we enjoyed the pool, the view, the terrace with the grill and the table tennis a lot. Callas village is within a nice walking distance.

Great stay in Provence

We loved our family holiday at Villa Callas. Amazing house with fantastic views and wonderful pool. The lovely village of Callas is a short walk away and the Mediterranean is less than an hour’s drive. We’d love to return again one day as one week is not long enough!

Beautiful Villa

A fabulous villa in a wonderful location. We enjoyed beach days and trips into the mountains with lakes and gorges. Had the most amazing time suiting all ages. The pool made the holiday easy with the three children.

Paradise on earth

Beautiful property with lots of space for a family of ten like us, beautiful swimming pool and beautiful view. What else to say! Village with small supermarkt and bakery on walking distance, fresh croissants every morning and a good coffee in the caffee across the bakery!

S very family friendly house

Overall, The House was exactly as described. Lots of space for everybody. Very children friendly pool and beautiful surroundings. Very close to 2 nice villages. House owner very easy to reach if one needed answers. We can easy recommend it to family’s of 10 persons

Fabulous holiday!

We had a wonderful week in Callas - the villa is lovely and very spacious, the pool is big and was appreciated by us all. We visited a number of restaurants in Callas which were friendly and served lovely food. It was a very hot week and we would have benefited from air conditioning or ceiling fans! Thanks Pascal - we had a fab time.

Great week in Callas

We spent a great week at Villa Callas and all the arrangements went as planned. Jacques was very helpful and it was nice and easy to communicate before and during our week with him. The spacious common areas and bedrooms with bathrooms served us well. The kitchen was well equipped and the outdoor grill worked well. The pool was big and deep enough and we got it a little warmer after we asked (it was beginning of October). We picked up fresh baguettes from the Callas bakery and visited a few nice restaurants in the village in the evenings. We could come to the Villa again. Strong recommendation.

Pascal communicated well and the entire process was pretty slick. The villa itself is brilliant with loads of space and everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Also easy driving distance to plenty of great places in the surrounding area, including the wine farm that produced Whispering Angel Rose (only 14 minutes drive).The only thing we found would have made the stay even better would be if the property had aircon, which was really missed in the heat. It was the only downside to the stay and something I would have been prepared to pay more for. I cannot fault Pascal for that though as we knew it going in, which is why I still give this 5-stars regardless. Something to look out for if your weather forecast is high heat though, which was apparently unusual for the area to be fair.Overall, highly recommend!

Great memories made at this villa

The villa is great for 2 families, with 2 separate wings on either side of the house. One with 3 bedrooms and the other with 2, each side had separate bathrooms, to keep some privacy. We were a group of 4 adults and 3 children and had plenty of space. The view from the villa is fantastic and better than we had expected, breakfast on the terrace with fresh croissants and bread from the bakery in Bargemon was a special treat. The pool was a fantastic addition, it was heated and we used it everyday in late May. The kids (and adults) loved it. The road up to the villa is very steep and on the inside of a corner, we missed it the first time, but once we found it, it was no problem. We saw some reviews about walking to Callas, but we always drove (less than 5 mins) as there no pavement and the cars come around the windy road quite quickly. We'd recommend a visit to La Gruipe in Callas, a restaurant with an amazing view and great authentic food. And if you venture further, Le Clavero in Claviers was a real find. The chef and waiter there were very accommodating to some special dietary needs and made us feel very welcome.

Amazing three weeks in Villa Callas

Unsere Familie (8 Personen) hatte wunderbare 3 Wochen in der Villa Callas. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch und wir haben ihn mit dem ersten Kaffee des Tages genossen. Den Pool haben wir jeden Tag genutzt, auch als die Temperaturen niedriger wurden. Callas ist ein kleines Dörfchen, in dem wir alles gefunden haben, was wir brauchten. Wir haben dort viele freundliche Menschen getroffen. Besonders zu Empfehlen ist die Öl Mühle Callas und das Restaurant "Moulin des Voisin". Wir haben einige Ausflüge in die Küstenstädte gemacht. Am Lac de Saint Croix waren wir schwimmen und sind in der Verdonschlucht Tretboot und Kajak gefahren. Es ist so vieles zu entdecken. Alles war wirklich wunderbar. Wir bedanken uns noch einmal bei Pascal, der auf jede Nachfrage sofort geantwortet hat! Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! We had amazing three weeks in Callas. The view is fantastic and we loved to drink our first coffee of the day with it! Every day we used the large pool! Callas is a small village with all we need. We met many friendly people there. Highly recommended is the Oil Mill and the restaurant "Moulin des Voisins". We made some trips to other villages on the coast and were swimming in the Lac de Saint croix. Also visiting the Gorges du Verdon with kajak and pedal boat. Everything was fine and we say thanks to Pascal!

Hier ist Urlaub Erholung

Wir hatten 2 wunderschöne Wochen in der Provence. Jeden Tag baden im Pool, im Ort gab es alles was man braucht, die Menschen waren freundlich, auch wenn man nur ein paar Grundvokabeln kann. Das Haus ist optimal und gut ausgestattet. Der Kontakt mit Pascal war absolut unproblematisch. Vielen Dank dafür.

Belle propriété, bien située, spacieuse, bon sejour.Quelques détails à améliorer pour être parfait

Maison très bien située, au calme, dans un très bel environnement. Piscine très agreable. Le village peut être rejoint à pied en 15 min par un chemin pedestre (ça descend pour y aller mais remontée sportive 😉). L'acces à la villa se fait par un chemin très abrupt et un peu caillouteux (attention aux voitures basses et motos, mais faisable). Quelques détails à améliorer (vaisselle, four, serviettes, ...) qui ont été signalés au propriétaire (très à l'écoute). A recommander.

location à Callas

notre semaine en période de Noël s'est très bien passée, les chambres sont fonctionnelles, et une excellente literie. Le propriétaire est facilement accessible par téléphone s'il y a le moindre problème.. la maison est grande, et permet de ne pas se gêner les uns les autres. Le village Callas à proximité est très agréable et a de nombreux commerces.

Schöner Urlaub mit Freunden

Wir hatten als Freundesgruppe mit 8 Personen eine wirklich schöne Woche. Auch Ende Oktober konnte man tagsüber noch die Sonne auf der Terrasse und den großen Pool genießen. Die Wege ums Haus sind etwas hügelig, aber waren die frischen Croissants jeden morgen wert (Patisserie Clotilde <3).

Großartiges Haus in großartiger Lage

Villa Callas bietet alles, was man für einen wunderbaren Urlaub benötigt. Super Lage, wunderbarer Pool, (fast) keine Nachbarn, gute Einrichtung. Kleine Mängel haben uns nicht weiter gestört und nach entsprechendem Hinweis an Pascal, hat er zugesagt, diese zu beheben. Da es keine Übergabe gibt, ist er nicht immer auf dem laufenden, was kleine Schäden angeht. Vielleicht waren diese auch erst durch die Vormieter aufgetreten. Als Motorradgruppe hatten wir ausreichend Platz für alle Fahrzeuge (9 Motorräder und 4 PKW mit Anhänger). Die Kommunikation mit Pacal war sehr gut und völlig problemlos. Die Auffahrt zum Haus ist sehr steil und mit Vorsicht zu genießen. Man setzt schnell an der Einfahrt zur Straße auf. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können Villa Callas uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen!

Magnifiques vacances à 2 familles

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine entre amis à Callas. La villa est magnifique tout comme les extérieurs avec une vue à couper le souffle. L’espace et l’agencement de la maison permettent de ne jamais se sentir les uns sur les autres. Parfait pour des vacances à 2 familles. Les propriétaires étaient également très à l’écoute. Nous pouvions les contacter à la moindre question et ils nous répondaient très rapidement. De très chouettes vacances. Une seule envie… y retourner.

Maison super agréable avec la piscine chauffée ! Nous avons passé 3 super journées aussi bien à la maison que dans la région. La vue est top et là maison très bien équipée.
