The apartment is located in the historic center of Castellammare del Golfo just a short walk from the charming bay on which stands the whole country !! Also ideal for those who want to walk as a few meters you will find: banks, pharmacies, shops, bars, restaurants, agencies and all you need to enjoy your holiday. The apartment is on the second floor of a building built in 2010 in 2 levels. The structure is private and consists of a total of 3 studios for rent for holidays: two composed of 2 beds, and the last (the one on the second floor sleeps 4) It is very cozy, furnished with care and equipped with all the comfort, maximum cleaning !!!!The sea can also be reached on foot !!!! The structure is located in the oldest part of the country that from 20 to 6 becomes exclusively pedestrian. Even if you find the periods busy on the calendar contact me, I may have available other properties, in the same structure or not, adapted to your needs.

Accoglienza a 5 stelle !!

Abbiamo trascorso 2 settimane in questo bellissimo appartamento nel mese di agosto 2017. Molto curato, pulitissimo e fornito di ogni confort, connessione internet. Situato in zona centro storico, ma non trafficata, comodo e al tempo stesso tranquillo. Grazie ad Annalisa cordiale e disponibile. Noi siamo stati benissimo a Castellammare !! Con un po' di nostalgia.... Eliseo e Guglielma.

Tutte le comodità in poco spazio

Monolocale luminoso e spazioso, ben tenuto e curato in ogni sua parte. Arredato con cura e pulitissimo. Molto confortevole ed efficiente. Anche dotato di connessione wi-fi Posizione in pieno centro, praticamente vicino a tutto. Proprietarie molto simpatiche e disponibili.

centrale ma silenziosa

La casetta è molto comoda e seppur centrale non si sentono i frastuoni e i rumori del corso principale,insomma ideale per chi come me tende a dormire un pò di più la mattina ;D lo consiglio in particolare alle coppiette che (come la mia) cercano un posticino tranquillo dove stare un pò in intimità.......... ;) Alessio V.

appartamentino comodo e molto pulito

Il locale è molto carino,ben tenuto e pulito. Si trova al centro del paese permettendo così di avere a due passi praticamente tutto anche quando (come in questo periodo invernale) il paese non è particolarmente movimentato. Le proprietarie sono state molto disponibili,anche andando in contro alle nostre esigenze sulla consegna delle chiavi. Io e i miei amici non eravamo mai stati in Sicilia e visto che purtroppo ha praticamente piovuto per tutto il tempo, sicuramente faremo un salto questa estate sperando di trovare il sole!

"Abbiamo passato una settimana fantastica in questa zona meravigliosa della Sicilia. Proprietarie gentili e cordiali. La casa è conforme alla descrizione, molto carina arredata con gusto e ben tenuta. Di notte, si sentiva la musica dei locali vicini, ma per una coppia di ragazzi come noi non disturbava molto."

"Nous avons passé quelque...

"Nous avons passé quelques jours à Castellamare del Golfo, qui est un endroit idéal pour qui veut profiter de la réserve de Zingaro tout en faisant des excursions depuis là. L''accueil des propriétaires était excellent et l''appartement a rempli toutes nos attentes. La taille de l''appartement était tout à fait adaptée pour deux personnes, mais il est possible d''y être 4, en tout confort. L''apprtement était très propre, chaleureux et agréable. Situé proche du port et des ruelles animées, il est cependant dans une ruelle silencieuse et il est possible de parquer sa voiture. Nous gardons d''excellents souvenirs de notre séjour à Castellamare et gardons précieusement cette adresse !"

Appartamentino bellissimo,pulitissimo con ogni confort, rimesso a nuovo da poco, accogliente e ben situato in una viuzza del centro del paese ( stupendo ). La proprietaria è stata davvero gentile, accogliente e disponibile. E' stato tutto perfetto. Nessun piccolo neo riguardo la splendida vacanza in un posto meraviglioso. Grazie Annalisa.

"Our stay was very pleasa...

"Our stay was very pleasant, we definitely recomend it! The appartment is very nice and clean, the atmoshere is charming, the owner is very kind and available. the apprtment is exacly as you see it in the pictures (no bad surprises). Form the logistic point of view it is well positioned since you can reach all the main attractions of the area in short time. No problems with the parking of the car. Everything you need is at walking distance (restaurants, shops...). There is a beach not far from the appartment, but we never went there. We prefereed to go to Scopello (15'' by car), to Riserva dello Zingaro (20'') where the beaches are definitely better. To stay in that appartment means to become part of the city for a while. One tip: At least once, wake up early and go to the port. Around 7.30 a.m. the fishermen will be coming back to the port and you could buy the most fresh fish you ever had."

"Nous avons loué cet appa...

"Nous avons loué cet appartement en hiver (février). Castellammare est bien situé pour visiter la région, c''est à dire l''ouest de la Sicile, tout en étant proche de l''aéroport de Trapani Birgi. Cette période est agréable car il y a peu de touristes et nous étions souvent seuls sur les sites et musées. La maison se trouve dans une petite rue pittoresque peu fréquentée (seulement par les riverains presque tous absents), tout en étant proche du port, du château et de la rue principale. L''appartement se trouve au 2e et dernier étage de cette maison ancienne complètement et très bien rénovée. Il y a 2 autres studios à chaque niveau inférieur. L''appartement est moderne, très propre, très bien équipé et refait avec goût. Nous avons été accueillis à une heure tardive par la propriétaire très sympathique et prévenante : nous avons trouvé le frigo bien rempli ainsi que des produits de première nécessité (huile, sel, thé, produit à vaisselle...) ce que nous avons apprécié vue notre heure d''arrivée. Nous recommandons cet appartement qui a un très bon rapport qualité-prix."
