Lookout by the sea

My family and me had a wonderful stay at Michel and Mary Janes House. The pool, the sunsets and the lookout towards the sea is just beautiful. We had also the opportunity to spot wales right from the cozy terrace. Wonderful!

Nous avons passé 3 semaines dans ce logement idéalement situé. Vaste pièce de vie très lumineuse, une terrasse dinatoire et une terrasse détente avec piscine, le tout offre une vue panoramique imprenable sur l’océan et le village de Saint-Leu en contre-bas. Les couchers de soleil sont magnifiques. Merci à nos hôtes fort aimables et sympathiques pour leur accueil durant ce beau séjour.

Un endroit magique et des propriétaires extraordinaires

Nous avons passé 11 jours dans cette belle maison qui est parfaitement bien située avec une vue imprenable sur l’océan indien. Nous avons pu admirer de nombreux magnifiques couchers de soleil! La maison est très propre et spacieuse et les propriétaires sont des personnes tout à fait adorables qui nous ont facilité notre arrivée (un jour plus tôt que prévu car nous étions en difficulté) Ensemble nous avons vécu le cyclone Garance et nous nous sommes sentis accompagnes et toujours en sécurité.Nous recommençons chaleureusement cet endroit et remercions encore nos hôtes pour leur accueil exceptionnel !

De toutes les locations prises à l'occasion de nos différents voyages, celle que Marie Jeanne et Michel nous ont consentie est sans conteste celle qui a contribué à notre plus grand bonheur : 2 terrasses , une piscine privée avec une vue à 180° sur l'océan indien, un vaste appartement ultra confortable et un environnement de toute beauté nous ont comblé. Vue magnifique sur l'ocean!

Nous sommes complètement satisfaits de notre séjour. Le gîte est fonctionnel. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et disponibles. Effectivement, la route est sinueuse pour y arriver mais on oublie vite et la vue est tellement magnifique! On ne se lasse pas d'admirer les couchers du soleil.

Toller Blick und rundum schön

Der Blick von der Terasse ist absolut fantastisch. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und lädt zum Baden ein. Michel und seine Frau sind tolle Gastgeber und haben uns sogar auf einen Apero eingeladen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Am Anreisetag wurden wir für das Frühstück am Folgetag ausgestattet und eine Flasche selbstgemachter Rhum Arrangee stand bereit. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist voll Okay, es hat alles was man braucht. Nachdem wir die steile Auffahrt das erste mal überwunden hatten, stellte auch das kein Problem dar. Wir konnten uns im Garten einfach an dem Obst bedienen, was gerade reif war. "Toll" ...um die Westseite der Insel zu erkunden, genau der richtige Ausgangspunkt. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub. Séjour inoubliable digne de nos hôtes

Nous avions bénéficié d'un accueil des plus chaleureux dans un gîte très propre, confortable et doté de tous les éléments de confort, y compris une piscine avec terrasse surplombant l'Océan Indien. La rencontre de Michel et Marie-Jeanne a été pour nous un réel bonheur et nous laissera sans aucun doute un souvenir particulièrement mémorable de notre séjour.

Des cafards partout

Tres bon sejour excepte pour l hebergement sale ,moisissures dans la salle de bain et un peu partout dans la maison , equipement vieux odeurs tres incommodantes d insecticides ce qui n a gene en rien les cancrelats a l inverse de tous les autres insectes retrouvés morts au sol . Presence de produits irritants pour les personnes. Piscine minuscule , une chambre sans fenêtre extérieure.. par contre hôtes accueillants mais qui banalisent la presence des cancrelats. Hébergement tres onereux compte tenu des prestations. L hebergement n'est pas correct du point de vue sanitaire.

Michel et Marie-Jeanne sont des hôtes très accueillants, chaleureux et attentionnés. Merci pour ce repas d'anniversaire ;), nous avons passés un très bon moment avec vous. Merci également pour les rhums, dont un en particulier, et les petites attentions. Dommage que nous ayons pas pu goûter au fruit du jacquier :( Le temps nous a manqué pour vous inviter à notre tour pour un repas (mine), hélàs. Nous n'avons pas souffert de la chaleur, ce qui était fort agréable. L'hvier austral c'est bien :)

Séjour agréable, par contre, est ce nous qui n’avons pas compris mais contrairement à l’annonce nous n’avons pas profitez de la terrasse de 120m2 et de ses transats ,n’avons pas trouvé le barbecue dans le jardin. Une terrasse de 30m2 a été construite pour les visiteurs, si c’est les nouvelles disponibilités, l’annonce est peut-être à revoir.

The 110 m² big and sunny apartement is located in the senic hills above St. Leu. Is has two separate sleeping rooms with double bed and aircondition. Devided by a wall from the living room is another single bed and a kids bed. The flat has a big living and dining area with an integrated kitchen, a large fridge and a separated storage space. Almost the whole area is sourrounded by windows giving view to the ocean and the green hillside
