This completely renovated villa is located in the heart of authentic 'garrigue' wood and wineyards. 1 km from village. A lot of paths to walk, bike. River Cèze for swimming or canoeing. Ardèche river 15 kms for canoeing too. Between Pont St Esprit and Bagnols sur Cèze in Provence gardoise. Very quiet. Provencal markets, visits and activities, gastronomy, a lot of cellars to taste wine, medieval villages all around... Touristical brochures will be available for you.
4 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, 2 WC, kitchen, dining room and salon, covered terrace and outdoor terrace with barbecue. Private swimming pool 9 X 4,5. Swimming pool entirely closed with a fence since 2015. Garden amidst provencal country.
Shops, 1km, in village : bakery, grocery, pizza, pharmacy, doctor. Large cities of Bagnols sur Cèze (3 kms) and Pont St Esprit (6 kms) with all commodities, shops and hypermarkets.
Avignon, Uzès, Pont du Gard, Nîmes to visit, “route des vins” with tasting, perfumes and colors of our «marchés de Provence” in Pont Saint Esprit or Bagnols sur Cèze at 5 minutes. Medieval hill top villages like La Roque, or Val de Cèze ones like Goudargues.

Rural French volla with pool.

Stayed with family of 7 adults and a dog . The area was beautiful, very rural with lovely views . The house was clean and well stocked , with plenty of equipment and linen. The pool was just right fenced for safety, which would be good with children. The owner was very friendly and met us on arrival. We had a lovely holiday . Thankyou

Wonderful house, pool & surroundings

The house is perfectly equipped, very clean and with lots of options to sit together (inside and outside). The landlords are very friendly and very responsive in case of any questions or asks. The pool is kept extremely clean and well equipped by the owner. The garden is beautiful, and there are many activities in close proximity to the location (hiking trails, caves, canoe, swimming spots,...), only a few minutes away by car. The kids loved the freedom to stroll around the property and its immediate surroundings. Perfect for relaxing, yet being active. Thanks for the wonderful vacation - we will be back for sure!

Wonderful swimmingpool and garden

We've had a wonderful stay. The location and swimmingpool are great! José, the owner of the property, keeps the pool nice and clean early in the morning. He lives right next door but doesn't bother his guests at all. The house is alright, I've seen them cleaner and prettier, but everything you need is there and it's quite spacious. Having a washing machine there and plenty of clothes lines outside is very handy! The airconditioning works fine, too bad that the downstairs bedrooms don't have individual aircons, but if you leave the main one on all day, it's still nice and cool during the night. The beds are quite firm but some people like that. We think the boiler only comes on during the night, there's definitely not enough warm water for a warm shower for everybody (7 people). I'm sure we could have asked José to change the settings, but he doesn't speak a word of English or Dutch, so we didn't bother. After all, it was hot enough during August, a cold shower was quite refreshing;-) José is friendly and helpful, we communicated with Google Translate. All the shops you need are nearby, only a 10 minute drive for main supermarkets, bakery, butcher etc. Overall, we had a great holiday!

Wir hatten schon viele Ferienhäuser in Frankreich, aber dieses war eindeutig das bisher beste von allen. Die Region ist traumhaft schön (das war nicht neu für uns) - man kann wunderschöne Ausflüge machen, wandern, in der Ardeche, in der Cèze oder dem Gard schwimmen oder Kanu fahren. Das Haus und die Küche sind hervorragend ausgestattet, die Klimaanlage funktioniert gut, und auf dem Grundstück gibt es viele kleine Plätze, an denen man sich in den Schatten zurückziehen kann. Wir haben selten so einen schönen Platz zum Essen gehabt wie unter diesem Baum. Die Gastgeber Monsieur und Madame Ornia sind sehr, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Menschen. Wir kommen gern wieder (wenn wir dürfen)!

Superbe maison tout confort perdue dans une propriété immense et magnifique.La maison est super bien équipée et le propriétaire vraiment très gentil et discret. Entretien de la piscine en toute discrétion le matin ou quand nous n'étions pas là. Nous avons passé un super séjour et nous reviendrons tres certainement.

Nous avons passé un séjour parfait, en grande partie grâce à l'accueil tres chaleureux de José et sa famille !La maison est parfaite, spacieuse, très bien équipée et AU CALME. Des visites sympas dans les coins, baignades nature un peu partout, et piscine au top. Cette maison rentre facilement dans notre top 3 !On recommande vivement !

Ontspannende vakantie in een mooie omgeving.

Ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf in de Gard. De eigenaar José is erg vriendelijk. We voelde ons erg welkom. Het huis heeft alles wat men nodig heeft tijdens de vakantie. Het huis was ook erg schoon. Top vakantie!

Super vakantie gehad, allies in de villa aanwezig, zelf de senseo pads,theezakjes en complete kruidenset om te koken, fruitschaal was gevuld wijn stond koud in de koelkast. Mooi privé zwembad echt veel privacy. Let wel de gastheer spreekt allleen Frans, dus beetje handen en voeten werk maar was het wel, maar niet storend.

Erholsame Ferien

Ein sehr schönes, gepflegtes Haus mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Besondets hervorzuheben ist die absolute Ruhe.Die Bäume vor dem Haus geben einen natürlichen, Schatten und es lässt sich angenehm, kühl darunter sitzen. Bei viel Sonne eine Wohltat.Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und haben dem Aufenthalt genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Une maison au milieu de la forêt et des vignes

Idéal pour des vacances familial de récupération au milieu d’un cadre naturel avec une piscine bien entretenue avec une eau bien traitée. Des hôtes accueillant et sympathiques. Un seul point négatif ; ne pas avoir la possibilité de garer sa voiture a proximité de la maison à l’arrivée et au départ pour décharger et charger les nombreux bagages .

Vacances au top en famille

Excellent accueil. Propriété idéale pour se retrouver avec amis et nos petits petits-enfants dans un endroit calme et ombragé. Repos, ping pong, pétanques et piscine ont occupé l'essentiel de nos vacances sans oublier quelques belles ballades dans cette magnifique région.

Perfekte Erholung

Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen 2 Wochen in St. Nazaire und haben die Ruhe in diesem perfekten Haus sehr genossen. Abends im Schatten unter der alten Steineiche zu sitzen, mit Blick auf den Pool und in die Natur war traumhaft. Alles ist liebevoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Das Haus ist sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Pool wird perfekt sauber gehalten, ohne dass man davon etwas merkt. Trotz der Lage mitten in der Natur ist man sehr schnell an den touristischen Highlights und auf den vielen kleinen Märkten in den umliegenden Orten. José ist immer ansprechbar und hat sich sogar um die Entsorgung unseres kaputten Kanus gekümmert. Danke nochmal dafür! Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt.

Verstopt juweeltje

We werden zeer goed onthaald bij aankomst. De eigenaars wonen op het zelfde domein en dit gaf op geen enkel moment privacy-issues. Huis in typisch Franse stijl maar alles is voorhanden. Diverse terrassen en zeer gerieflijke BBQ. José en zijn echtgenote zijn warme en ‘trés sympa’ mensen. Aanrader 😎

Super séjour !

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine de vacances entre amis dans la maison de José. Tout est très propre, la cuisine est bien équipée et la maison est équipée de clim. L'extérieur est très agréable, sans vis-à-vis et avec vue sur la pinède. La piscine clôturée était parfaite avec des enfants, et bien entretenue. Bref, tout était parfait !

Sehr sympathisch, sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Wir waren mit zwei Familien (vier Erwachsene, vier Kinder) im August 2022 eine Woche in diesem Ferienhaus, und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Ferienhaus liegt etwas abseits vom eigentlichen Ort, und da man so keine Nachbarn hat (außer dem Vermieter-Ehepaar), konnten die Kinder sich am Pool komplett austoben ohne jede Rücksicht auf Lautstärke - sehr angenehm für uns als Eltern, nicht ständig auf die Lautstärke achten zu müssen. Das Haus selbst ist sehr sauber, vollständig eingerichtet, es gibt drinnen und draußen mehrere Sitzecken / Tische mit mehr als ausreichend Stühlen, Küche ist topp eingerichtet, Fliegengitter an fast allen Fenstern, Wohnräume mit Klimaanlage falls es mal zu heiß wird. Wegen akuter Waldbrandgefahr war offenes Feuer nicht erlaubt, der Vermieter hat daher den Grillplatz inzwischen mit eine großen elektrischen Grillplatte ausgestattet. Topp, und mehrfach genutzt. Da wir mit einem E-Auto angereist sind, hatten wir im Vorfeld mit dem Vermieter über Lademöglichkeiten am Haus gesprochen: es gibt eine Schuko-Steckdose direkt am Parkplatz, und über unseren mitgebrachten Stromzähler haben wir den geladenen Strom nach Verbrauch abgerechnet (wir haben sicherheitshalber mit max. 10A geladen). Wir waren wohl die ersten Gäste die das genutzt haben, aber es hat problemlos geklappt. Der Vermieter lebt in einem getrennten Gebäude auf dem gleichen Grundstück, aber durch einen Sichtschutz getrennt und mit Terrasse in der anderen Himmelsrichtung - wir haben die Anwesenheit kaum mitbekommen. Außer natürlich wo es wichtig war - der Pool war jeden früh gereinigt, und als nach einem heftigen Gewitter einmal eine Sicherung ausgelöst hatte, war Hilfe nur ein Türklopfen entfernt.

Très agréable !

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Saint Nazaire. La maison est très confortable, nous avons apprécié la terrasse ombragée, la piscine, le terrain de boules, et tout le vallon qui s’étend autour de la maison. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. Toute la famille est prête à revenir pour de prochaines vacances.

Nous avons passé deux superbes semaines, dans une maison et un cadre magnifique. Et que dire de José et Zulima, deux personnes d'une énorme générosité et d'une énorme gentillesse. Je conseille à tout le monde d'aller passer leurs prochaine chez eux.

Séjour très agréable en pleine nature

Belle maison très confortable et entièrement équipée. Rien ne manque. Magnifique piscine et cadre verdoyant, au calme, en pleine nature. Propriétaire très accueillant et à proximité mais en toute discrétion. Entretien impeccable de la piscine et du jardin environnant. Belle région avec beaucoup de sites à visiter à moins d'une heure de route. A la fin du séjour, une seule envie... revenir l'année suivante !

Quietness, amidst wooded hills, 1 km from the village, 5 km from the city. The private pool is located below and fenced. Large covered barbecue with counter. Several shaded terraces and wide paved swimming beaches. Ping-pong in the covered area, bowling green. The trails start from the house. The little road serves only local residents.
