This charming independent apartment of 67 sqm occupies the ground floor of a recent villa, located in the quiet of an authentic village between sea and mountains. Accommodating up to 4 people, the apartment has a terrace and is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
In the shelter of a large olive tree, and facing the landscaped garden, the large terrace sheltered by a pergola will allow you to enjoy the Corsican sun in complete peace. On the sun loungers you can admire the view of the mountain and the surrounding nature. A barbecue is provided for pleasant evenings with the family. Inside, the apartment has benefits all comfort:
- Kitchen open to dining area, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave.
- Living room with 2 sofa beds and TV
- 1 bedroom with double bed 160x200 m
- 1 bathroom
- Independent WC
Linen and internet access are included in the rent, and all the necessary appliances are provided (vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, washing machine, iron ...). You will have access to private parking to park easily.

Très belle vue

Le logement est situé à quelques minutes de l'île Rousse, parfait pour aller à la plage ou pour visiter les villages de la Balagne. Il y a la possibilité de garer son véhicule dans la cour. La terrasse est grande, nous y mangions tout le temps et les enfants ont adoré se promener dans le petit jardin, très bien aménagé. La pièce principale comporte 2 convertibles dans lesquels les enfants ont très bien dormi. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner. Les parents ont leur chambre à part. La salle de bain est petite mais très propre et pratique. Il y a en plus une petite arrière cuisine avec une machine à laver et un autre réfrigérateur. Nous avons passé un très bon moment, et avons passé des heures à lire sur la terrasse. Il n'y a pas de clim mais comme c'est situé dans les hauteurs, nous avions de l'air un peu plus frais le soir. Je dirais que le seul bémol est le chien d'un voisin qui a bcp aboyé la nuit durant notre séjour.

Un appartement charmant au coeur de la Balagne

Bien que le temps n’ait pas toujours été de la partie fin septembre, nous avons apprécié l’environnement offert par cette location : une vue irrésistible vers la montagne et le lumineux village d’Occiglioni ou vers la mer et le port d’Ile Rousse, un jardin arboré et fleuri à notre disposition, le calme et le charme de la terrasse, la décoration de l’appartement et son côté spacieux, idéal pour deux…Palmento, situé sur la route des charmants villages perchés de la Balagne, reste proche du littoral vite atteint pour les plages et les courses. Les propriétaires très discrets lorsqu’ils ont résidé dans la maison se sont montrés vraiment sympathiques et ouverts. C’est une location où nous aurions plaisir à revenir un jour.

Calme et pratique, excellente location

Joli appartement, très fonctionnel, idéalement situé, au grand calme mais proche des commodités (moins de 10 mns d'Ile Rousse en voiture, du côté où ça ne bouchonne pas). Propriétaires très discrets et tout aussi disponibles pour conseiller sur les ballades et bonnes adresses. Vous passerez de longues heures sur la confortable terrasse et sa très belle vue sur la mer et la montagne. Ile Rousse est relativement épargnée par la frénésie touristique, même en haute saison, et reste ainsi agréable. Nombreuses plages à proximité (10 à 20 mns), randonnées et point de départ d'excursions un peu plus lointaines (désert des Agriates, vallée du Fango, villages de Balagne, Corte...). Un endroit idéal pour découvrir la Corse.

Location très agréable à Palmento

Une très agréable location, au calme, avec tout le confort. La vue sur l'Ile rousse et la mer ou bien sur le petit village d'Occiglioni perché sur la colline au milieu des oliviers. Un petit déjeuner sur la terrasse éclairée par le soleil du matin. Prêt pour une journée riche en ballades, randonnées, baignades ou simplement farniente. Il y a tant de choses à visiter aux alentours... De retour le soir, un barbecue savouré à l'ombre du jardin. Pas besoin de climatisation, la maison est fraiche. Bref de très bonnes vacances dans ce lieu à recommander.

Belle location à Palmento

Très belle location dans un cadre calme et authentique. Nous avons passé 2 semaines reposantes et dépaysantes. Nous recommandons cette location reculée de la foule de l'île rousse à ceux qui aiment le contact avec la nature. Maison propre et bien entretenue, idéale pour une petite famille. Nous garderons un beau souvenir de ces vacances.

Que de très bons souvenirs

Un descriptif tout à fait conforme, logement très bien équipé, propre et une exposition idéale (vue sur mer et sur montagne), grande terrasse et joli jardin où l'on peut apprécier les paysages et le calme. Accès à de nombreuses randonnées à partir du logement. Propriétaires discrets, charmants et disponibles qui nous ont été de très bon conseil. Une adresse à conserver et à recommander.

Vacances idéales !

Très belle villa sur deux niveaux. Situation très agréable à l'écart de la foule d'Ile Rousse, avec belle vue mer depuis la terrasse en bois ombragée. Equipement suffisant et de qualité. Bonne cohabitation avec locataires de l'étage. Voiture indispensable. Point de départ idéal pour sorties en bord de mer ou en montagne (région du ghiunsani notamment)ou villages voisins. Excellentes vacances (2 adultes et 2 enfants de 9 et 5 ans) et merveilleux souvenirs.
