Good value location for Sestriere

Great value property for staying in Sestriere. Bus works well if you don't fancy walk. Clean, easy check in/check out and kitchen is small but has good facilities. Would recommend and return. Thanks

I loved the place

I really liked the apartment, it's rather big, with an great view. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean and well heated. Note that you have to pass through the kids' room to get to the parents' room, not a problem for me but interesting to know. The location might seem at the border of Sestriere but as it is a small village you're still close to the center. A 15min walk will get you to the slopes. There is a covered parking place just under the building, very convenient. And finally, the owner is quite prompt to respond by SMS. I recommend.

The property is compact but does fit six however the supplies that it advertises is inaccurate and all needs to be paid for such as WiFi , toaster, no kettle etc

The apartment is spacious, clean, and has a nice view overlooking Sestriere and the mountains. Unfortunately it also has very thin walls and is extremely noisy hearing neighbors talk, children screeching, people partying, and everybody talking in the hallway. It is in a huge building that is popular with families and party people, so yes, it's noisy. Also THERE IS NO WIFI IN THE APARTMENT, despite saying so in the listing. Wifi is only available in the lobby area of the building which is far away. (The host said you could rent a wifi extender, but that costs 15 and there's only one available for the entire building). The sauna costs 15 per person. The host claimed that this was all stated in the listing but I can't find it anywhere, can you? If these aren't hidden fees, I don't know what would be.

Appartamento grande e ben attrezzato, rispondente alla descrizione

L’appartamento è spazioso e corredato di ciò che occorre. Il residence ha tutto ciò che occorre per poter trascorrere un periodo di vacanza, potendo usufruire, come abbiamo fatto, anche dei servizi bar (per la colazione più conveniente del ristorante), ristorante e mini club. C’e anche la lavanderia a gettoni (ma dovete portare i detersivi). Per quanto riguarda il garage, attenzione ad auto più lunghe di 4,6 m perché potreste non riuscire a parcheggiare se non siete “pratici”. Comunque noi abbiamo usufruito del servizio comunale per la navetta dal Palace ai campi da sci (8,5€/settimana). In ogni caso stiamo già pensando di tornare il prossimo anno!

Perfect Apartment for family

We had a great 5 night stay.. We were a family of 2 couples & 1 teenager. The apartment gave us all plenty of room and privacy. The beds were a little firm but not uncomfortable. There was plenty of towels for us all. We didn’t intend cooking so only used the kitchen for breakfast, only thing missing was a toaster but it wasn’t a huge problem. The views from the apartment were stunning & the block is great having a little shop & a nice bar. There is a kids club for those who may want little ones entertained & staff always on hand to answer any questions. The car park was good & plenty of room with a lift to take you straight up to your floor. Although the apartment has a bus to take you to the slopes we chose to walk giving our legs chance to warm up! I would like to thank Rosaria for letting us stay in her apartment & answering any questions we had promptly. I would recommend this apartment & would stay again if we return to Sestriere.

Esta bastante lejos del centro y de los remontes, ademas si quieres coger el autobus que te lleva tienes que pagar 8,5€ por la semana. Ademas poner fotos de una piscina y de spa, que no tiene es hacer creer que la propiedad dispone de ello, y no es verdad.

Soggiorno bellissimo

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, lavastoviglie comodissima, bellissimo panorama, terrazzo enorme. U po' angusto il garage, ma non abbiamo avuto necessità di usare spesso l'auto. Le piste sono raggiungibili sia con la navetta sia con 10 minuti di passeggiata. Residence con tutte le comodità, padroni di casa disponibili e gentili. Stiamo già pensando se riprenotare per l'anno prossimo.
