Very quiet, less than 15 minutes on foot to the Beach of Lido and to the Golden Beach, this Provençal villa will appeal to you by the surrounding peace, its vast Mediterranean garden, its view on the surrounding countryside.
In the shade of pines, it offers one bedroom with a bed for 2 persons and two bedrooms with two beds for 1 person, a bathroom, a shower-room, a comfortable living room, a lounge open to the outside, an equipped kitchen and a terrace open to the very shaded garden.
A privative parking lot for two vehicles, deckchairs, garden furniture will allow you to spend pleasant moments.
Close to conveniences, with a fast access towards the center of Sanary and Bandol, this villa will be the point of departure to visit the region and take advantage of enjoyments of the beach, of the charm of the Provençal markets as well as the night-animations in high season

Une semaine inoubliable !

Avec mes petits enfants, ma fille et mon gendre, nous avons passé une très agréable semaine. Chaque jour nous nous levions avec le chant des cigales. Nous nous sentions comme à la maison. Chaque détail était pensé. Nous ne manquions de rien. Notre hôte, Caroline, était très attentive à nos besoins. Ce que nous retenons aussi, c'est la gentillesse du voisinage et de toute les personnes que nous rencontrions en allant à la plage. C'est inoubliable !

Absolut traumhaft!

Wir haben als Familie, 2 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder, zwei traumhafte Wochen in Sanary in diesem Haus verbracht. Das Haus versprüht französischen Charme, die Küche ist wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Da sich das Haus auf für Öffentlichkeit unzugänglichem Privatgelände befindet, ist man unter sich. Zu Fuß ist man gemütlich in 15 Minuten am Strand, braucht also kein Auto. Die Gastgeberin ist ausgesprochen nett und zuvorkommend. Sie war sehr darum bemüht, uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen und stand für alle Fragen zu Verfügung. Auch die Abwicklung mit der Kaution klappte problemlos. Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert!

Gemütliches Haus

Insgesamt gut. Befremdlich war, dass die Kautionsforderung von 1000 Euro in bar erst nach der Buchung im persönlichen Kontakt mit der Vermieterin erhoben wurde. Rückgabe des Geldes bei Schlussabnahme war aber problemlos. Verbesserungsvorschlag: die Plastikabgrenzung des überdachten Essraums durch Glas zu ersetzen. Da dann schöner Blick wäre und der provisorische Charakter der Konstruktion behoben wäre.

Gorgeous house by the sea

We (two adults, two grown-up children) really enjoyed our stay - gorgeous house with garden, lots of space to relax and within walking distance to one of the beaches. The house is very well equipped, absolutely everything there. The area around Sanary is very beautiful, with great beaches and picturesque little towns. A big thank you to Caroline for having us.

Ruhige Lage, gut ausgestattetes Haus

Zu der Anlage, in der das Haus steht, wird der Zugang kontrolliert. Die Lage ist recht ruhig, trotz relativer Nähe zur Küstenstraße und Eisenbahn, so dass man sich auch gut draußen im schön angelegten Garten aufhalten und erholen kann. Das Haus ist (klar, Frankreich...) küchentechnisch voll ausgestattet und bietet diversen elektronischen Unterhaltungsschnickschnack, eine Klimaanlage hat es zwar nicht, doch ist das auch nicht erforderlich, wenn man tagsüber die Fensterläden schließt. Mit drei bis vier Personen kommt man vom Platz her gut klar.

Rien de particuliers à signaler. Si ce n'est le chèque de caution à laisser et qui n'apparaissait pas dans l'annonce. La maison est très bien équipée, avec une cuisine moderne. Les lieux sont propres. Je recommande.

Location complètement conforme. Voir plus....

L'environement est calme. La mer est accessible à pied environ 10-15 minutes via chemin agréable et ombragé. Nous avons trouvé une maison propre et fonctionnelle. L' accueil était très chaleureux. Ce qui également est important lorsqu'on est en congés.
