Our recently renovated duplex apartment located in the pretty Brittany town of Dinard is available for weekly rental. Located 3 hours from Paris and across the bay from Saint Malo, Dinard is famous for its walks, its architecture, and unpretentious elegance.Its also a short hop on the ferry to the Channel Islands.

This 100m2 property is only 2 minutes walk to the beach, has great ocean views, four bedrooms, an equipped kitchen, off-street parking, wifi and English television channels.

Lovely apartment in ideal location

Amazing location, less than five minutes from the beach and restaurants. Really comfortable and full of character. We’ll be back!

nice flat in Dinard

Much space for the whole family of two adults and two teens, very good place to do everything by walking, car can stay in front of the flat separately to the streets, silent space, very good WiFi, nice gas stove.

Great Location

Stayed for 5 nights over Easter. This rental is very close to the seafront and all amenities in Dinard and has safe off street parking which is a big plus. Less than 10 minute stroll to small supermarket and 10 min drive to large one outside the town. It has 2 good double rooms and 2 small attic rooms for young children (not babies or toddlers, up a spiral staircase). The bathroom and toilet are quite small as is the kitchen but it was well equipped and had all we needed. Washing machine is v small (3.5kg) - not great if travelling with children. Also I couldn’t work out if it had a dryer or not, don’t think so. Wi-Fi was fast and worked well. We could also use TV as smartTV with chromecast no problem. We had to bring our own bedding and towels (left it too late to rent) not included in price. Be sure to check sizes, duvet was king size not double and one of the kids beds had a double duvet. Not very accessible if you have mobility issues or a lot to carry, up a flight of stairs and spiral staircase to children’s beds. Nigel was very responsive with any questions we had prior to arrival.

Le séjour s'est parfaitement bien déroulé dans cette location au centre de Dinard qui est très bien située, au calme, avec la plage à vos pieds et commerces, restaurants etc à proximité. Le propriétaire, très réactif, a su créer une belle ambiance dans ce logement confortable meublé et décoré avec un goût certain. Les équipements concernant les domaines de la vie pratique sont nombreux et assez utiles. Nous conseillerons cette location sans hésiter à tous ceux qui aiment le charme des villas dinardaises.

Die Unterkunft hält, was sie verspricht. Tolle Ausstattung, schöne Einrichtung. Besonders der obere Teil der Maisonette-Wohnung zeigt einen großartigen Bick zum Meer. Die Wege sind sehr kurz- zum Strand, ins Zentrum. Reisende mit Hund sollten bedenken, dass die Wohnung in der ersten Etage liegt und man etwas länger suchen muss, um ein Plätzchen zum Lösen zu finden.

Dinard ist ein wunderbarer Ort und idealer Startpunkt fĂĽr viele AusflĂĽge. Die Lage der Wohnung inklusive Autostellplatx ist super. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist komplett aber doch ziemlich alt und teilweise abgenutzt. Der GeschirrspĂĽler hat nicht funktioniert, allerdings wurden wir einen Tag vor der Anreise darĂĽber schon informiert.

Ideale Lage, keine 5 min. zum Plage de l'Écluse. Alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Parkplatz ist Gold wert. Netter Host, mit guten Tipps für Dinard. Unterkunft in die Jahre gekommen, Sollte mal renoviert werden. Preis-/ Leistung in meinen Augen etwas zu ambitioniert. Ungewöhnlich war für uns, dass wir Bettwäsche und Handtücher selbst mitbringen mussten. Haben wir so nirgends erlebt, auch nicht in anderen Teilen Frankreichs. Da wir recht kurzfristig buchen mussten, blieb uns aber keine andere Wahl, ähnlich gut gelegene Quartiere mit Parkplatz waren nicht mehr verfügbar.

Logement parfait pour 6 personnes (2 couples et 2 célibataires). Emplacement idéal, proche de la mer et de la ville mais au calme.Belle salle de séjour et belles chambres au rez de chaussée. L'étage est plutôt adapté pour des enfants.Je recommande ce logement.

Déçue

Le logement est idéalement situé et décoré avec goûts il offre la possibilité de se stationner ce qui est vraiment pratique avec une belle vue sur la mer mais les équipements sont nettement a revoir. Le linge de lit et de bain n' est pas fourni et la qualité des matelas est vraiment mauvaise ,le four et le réfrigérateur sont petits pour un logement qui accueille 6 personnes. Le voisinage lors de reunions festives ne respectent pas les nuisances sonores et le voisinages. Nous avons durant cette semaine rencontré différents problèmes , pas de sèche cheveux, nuisibles tel que fouines à l 'étage et les bruits que cela engendrent ( impossible de dormir et encore moins à l 'etage ) Je suis navrée de cet avis défavorable et déçue de cette location pour une semaine de vacances plus fatiguante que reposante.

Comme vous le savais, nous nous sommes parler à plusieurs reprises pendant votre séjour afin de résoudre des problèmes que vous avez signalées. Les facteurs externes que vous avez soulevés ont été signalés et seront traités par le syndic a toute vitesse. En ce qui concerne les autres points soulevées, nous avons pris la décision de rompre avec la société chargé de la gestion de notre bien afin que tous les points soient abordés et rectifiés par nous personnellement. D’ailleurs, nous sommes fiers des excellentes évaluations que nous avons obtenue au fil des quinze dernières années. Nous avons l'intention de continuer dans la bonne voie. Logement spacieux, bien équipé et très bien situé.

Je recommande cet appartement bien situé et au calme.Il est bien équipé. La salle de douche n' est pas très grande mais ça nous a convenu. Les hôtes sont très réactifs aux questions posées.
