Wunderschön

Der Ausblick vom Balkon auf das Meer ist bei jedem Wetter wunderschön. Die Wohnung war auch sehr gut ausgestattet und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Endlich eine Wohnung mit genug Schränken, wo wir für 2 Wochen die Sachen gut unterbringen konnten. Der eine fehlende Stern lag an der Entfernung in Richtung Altstadt. Man sollte gut zu Fuß sein. Denn das Auto haben wir fast immer stehen lassen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super schnell und unkompliziert.

Schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut geschnitten. Wir hatten ausreichend Platz und die Aussicht auf das Meer ist wunderschön. Die Küche ist neu und mit allem ausgestattet was benötigt wird. Die Wohnung liegt nicht weit vom Strand und der Pool und die gesamte Anlage war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war freundlich. Ein Supermarkt ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und Lavandou hat als Ferienort einiges zu bieten. Leider hatten wir etwas Pech, da die Waschmaschine nicht funktionierte. Nach 1,5 Wochen ging leider die Klimaanlage kaputt und am letzen Tag der Motor der elektronischen Jalousie, sodass diese nicht mehr zu öffnen war. Der Vermieter versuchte sein Bestes um zu helfen, jedoch konnten die 3 Dinge erst nach unserer Abreise repariert werden. Ansonsten eine tolle Wohnung und sehr zu empfehlen.

Emplacement parfait !

L'appartement est très bien situé, proche de la mer et des commodités, la résidence est grande, mais ce n'est pas gênant, l'appartement enfin dispose d'une belle vue mer, sur toutes les fenêtres, il est correctement équipé, la déco est un peu datée mais c'est propre;

Un excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, l'appartement est idéalement situé, en excellent état et très pratique. La piscine dans la résidence est très appréciable, la plage à quelques minutes à pied. Et pour ne rien gâcher, le contact avec le propriétaire a été excellent, merci Mr N. Nous aurons le plaisir de louer à nouveau, s'il est disponible pour nos prochains congés!

BONNE LOCATION

Nous avons séjourné dans l'appartement deux semaines. Il est très spacieux et fonctionnel, les trois chambres sont confortables, la cuisine bien équipée. La terrasse est très grande et la vue sur la mer est absolument magnifique.Très proche du centre ville et de la plage, tout est accessible à pieds. Le marché, qui a lieu tous les jeudis, est au bas de la résidence. Je recommande cette location pour les familles, tout confort, fonctionnel, vue exceptionnelle et tout peut se faire à pieds.
