Our host was amazing and very responsive to any questions or helping with things we needed. We also appreciated being able to leave our luggage when we arrived before the check-in time. Unfortunately, we were on the ground floor and it was extremely noisy from the open pub across the street. Earplugs helped, but I wouldn’t stay there again. Would be willing to try a higher floor, though, because the location was excellent.

The property is as advertised, more or less. The kitchen is a mobile, roll-in, compact unit. Functional but for "light" cooking. Small refrigerator. Plenty of seating and plenty of space. Adequate size bathroom and shower.There is one air-conditioning unit in the living room. Only a heating unit in the bedroom. The temps were in the mid 20s during our stay so I cannot say how effective one unit will be cooling the whole apt. The location is good, close to basic shopping, the Cathedral and the train station. There is a bar right across the apt, so the weekend evenings were rough.The owner is very quick to respond, check-in was easy and the unit felt secure.Was it a good deal? No, idea, first time in Granada, no sense of the short term market.

We were so very comfortable in this little apartment. The older Casa converted beautifully into apartments. The host was approachable and was very responsive when we needed a small repair. I will mention the the house is just across a narrow street fr a resto- music venue. We actually hardly heard the music, only the patrons congregating on the street rigjt outside our bedroom window.

Great!

The apartment was beautiful and well kept. It’s small but functional; it was perfect for the 4 of us. It’s located in a quiet and beautiful area. The host was super nice, always available and ready to help in anything he could. We loved Granada!

Great location

Great location, we did not need a car, we just took the train / bus / walked to where ever we needed to go. Lots of stores, shops, panderias in the area. The apartment was well laid out, and perfect for our family of 5 which included 3 kids. Fernando made the check in process very easy and he was friendly and easy to communicate with. We would definitely consider staying at Casa Montalbán in the future.

Le logement est très bien placé et j'adore ce quartier. Par contre je suis désolé de dire que le logement était sale (poussière et cuisine) et extrêmement humide, notamment dans la partie de la chambre. Le logement mériterait d'être entretenu et assainie.

Bonjour Yoann. Je suis désolée d'apprendre votre commentaire et votre note très basse. Il n'y a pas de problème d'humidité dans l'appartement, même si, étant situé au rez-de-chaussée, il a pu y en avoir à un moment donné. De plus, il y a quelques taches sur le carrelage en terre cuite, ce qui lui donne du cachet. Nous accordons une grande importance à la propreté de nos logements et, même s'il a pu y avoir quelques oublis, je suis surprise que le problème soit si répandu. Nous n'avons rien constaté lors de votre entrée dans les lieux et vous ne m'avez rien signalé pendant votre séjour. J'aurais pu y remédier si vous me l'aviez dit, mais il est plus facile de se plaindre en ligne, n'est-ce pas ? Cordialement

Séjour Grenade

Très belles journées à Grenade avec des quartiers surprenants. Le site de l’alhambra est magnifique. Tous les resto au top. Le petit train explique bien l’histoire de la ville. Viva Grenada !

Buena elección por ubicación y amabilidad

El apartamento se encuentra en una excelente ubicación. El edificio tiene mucho encanto y el apartamento es espacioso y bien acondicionado para estar unos días disfrutando de la ciudad. Admiten mascotas lo que nos animó mucho a llevarnos a nuestro perro que también estuvo fenomenal. Destacar la amabilidad de Fernando, el dueño, que nos atendió con mucha amabilidad y su trato fue excelente. Lo recomiendo
