Nice three-room apartment with independent entrance and automated gate, exclusive and fenced outdoor area of ​​about 90 square meters. Optimal for 4 people, max 5 seats (considering the sofa bed). Everything to be able to enjoy a beach holiday in a practical and peaceful way. a playground and a mini club and the pine forest is about 200 meters away.Dogs are allowed upon consultation with the owner.
