Residence of typical charm very pretty with modern comfort. Patio, cross vaults, traditional beds, adjoining the private museum "Dar El Annabi". Ideally located, in the heart of the most famous village of Tunisia sidi bou said all in blue and white jewel of traditional architecture, land of choice of painters and writers The house itself is an integral part of the museum 'DAR EL ANNABI ' with of course an independent entrance. Our Guests are of course welcome to come and enjoy this beautiful space and its Andalusian garden to enjoy a mint tea offered by the hostess.

Parfait

La localisation de la maison était juste parfaite en plein centre du village de sidi bou said (On pouvais tout faire à pied). La décoration de la maison était super : Un petit voyage dans l'histoire de la tunisie entre culture ottomane berbère et arabe. Les propriétaires étaient au petit soins tout en étant très discrets. Les restaurants les mieux côtés de sidi bou said sont à quelques centaines de mètres. On reviendras sûrement à la première occasion.

Nous avons ete plutot decu par notre sejour. La maison est moyennement entretenue (prises qui sortent du mur, proprete moyenne, les matelas sont tres humides). Nous sommes restes 2 semaines et n'avons pas vu de femme de menage.

nous étions ravie, et merci pour la discrétion du propriétaire, et un grand merci pour, le personnel du musée et l intendant, serviable et disponible a tout moment, nous recommandons cette maison aux familles avec enfants spacieuse et pratique

"L''emplacement de la vil...

"L''emplacement de la villa est idéal, au cœur du village de Sidi Bou Saïd. La maison a beaucoup de charme avec sa belle terrasse et ses patios. En revanche, l''équipement et le confort sont limités.La literie est médiocre (matelas déchirés, grosses tâches et auréoles sur matelas et oreillers, draps sales). La clim ne marchait pas, une lumière de salle de bain également. Les 2 salles de bain sont pratiques mais l''eau chaude ne peut être fournie en même temps sur les 2. Traces de rouille dans les baignoires. Cafards morts et vivants dans la cuisine. Etant donné le prix à la semaine,nous espérions être logés dans de meilleures conditions. C''est regrettable car la villa a un potentiel énorme; il suffirait d''investir dans une meilleure literie et de réparer les quelques pépins (clim, lumière...).Nous étions préparés à faire certaines concessions étant donné le lieu ancien et traditionnel mais pas à ce point et surtout pas pour ce tarif. Quel dommage!!"

"Maison traditionnelle comme nous l avons imaginée. Nous avons apprécié l''agencement car cela ressemblait a deux appartements. Quartier tres touristique, nous reviendrons.
