Il giardino è moto bello e molto curato, la casa è dotata di tutto il necessario. Unica pecca, la casa ha finestre da un lato e la camera da letto è cieca e un pò umida.

Appartamento graziozo e comodo.

Siamo stati in questo appartamento con la famiglia dal 26 agosto al 2 settembre. L'appartamento è graziozo grazie sopratutto ad un giardino di pertinenza molto bello. Davvero gentile e disponibile anche Giovanni il proprietario con il quale abbiamo avuto una buona impressione da subito. Per chi ama, pur essendo in vacanza cucinare, ho notato che la cucina non dispone di cappa aspirante e questo tende a surriscaldare l'ambiente, faccio notare però che il proprietario ha installato un efficace climatizzatore... il barbecue esterno è comunque disponibile.. bello mangiare nel portico con vista mare, e apprrzzabile il facile accesso a tutte le spiaggie più famose del territorio. Grazie Giovanni!!! Vacanza stupenda! Loris e famiglia.

Tutto perfetto

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in questa casa, siamo una coppia con un bimbo piccolo e la casa è perfetta per chi ha dei bambini, a meno di 5 minuti dal centro di San Teodoro e dalla spiaggia (la Cinta), pero' in zona molto tranquilla e riservata. La casa è molto curata e dotata di tutti i confort è il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile, sicuramente la prenderemo in considerazione per le prossime vacanze.

un'oasi di pace

siamo una coppia adulta e quest'anno ci siamo rilassati in questa bella location x 2 settimane ad agosto, la casa e' molto accogliente, provvista di tutto e in luogo dove regna il silenzio e la tranquillita' anche se a due passi dalla MOVIDA di San Teoadoro che in quel periodo e' piuttosto intensa! un grazie particolare va a Giovanni e al suo babbo che ci hanno fatti sentire a casa nostra con estrema gentilezza! insomma un posto dove torneare sicuramente!
