Comfortable villa located by the sea excellent service, in a quiet area Pets accepted after agreement. the rental is at Bois Plage which is located in the middle of the island. Bois Bois has the largest market on the island open daily from the beginning of April to the end of September, the largest sandy beaches in the end, finally Lile of re with these 100 kms of cycle track is ideal for the amateurs of bikes

Arlette welcomed us warmly and showed us the lovely spacious apartment. The apartment was quiet, well equipped and perfect for a week to explore the Ile de Rè. We very much enjoyed the area, so close to the town and the beach whilst being quiet.

Perfect for what we wanted.

We found that the privacy and convenience of the house was ideal. We were made to feel very welcome by Arlette. The town of Bois-Plage-en-Ré is a perfect place to stay with the daily market, the shops, the restaurants and most important the fabulous beach. We enjoyed the cycling to other towns through the vineyards. We’re coming back next year!

Tranquil location

We stayed for 1 week at this lovely, ground floor villa, which was very clean, secure, private, in a quiet setting and upon arrival we were greater warmly by Arlette. Ideal location, 5 minutes walk to long, sandy beaches and 10 minutes to the centre of the village with a daily market, restaurants and shops. No car rental needed. We hired bikes locally, low cost and visited other nearby villages along cycle tracks. Used also the local bus, again very cheap. We would certainly recommend this villa for a very peaceful and enjoyable holiday. Thank you Arlette, who was very helpful and accommodating. Geoff & Margaret, England.

Disapointed.

The property was clean and in a good area. It was however very stressful trying to locate it as we were not given the house number. We spent over an hour walking up and down the street until luckily a passer by who happened to know Arlette put 2 and 2 together and took us there. We liked the apartment and the location. We loved our holiday on this beautiful island but the shine was taken off some what when on our return the property manager falsely accused us of not cleaning the apartment. On last evening we were told that we were expected to clean the property. We cut our evening short and rushed back in order to do so. We vacumed the entire apartment. In the morning we scrubbed the bathroom sink and shower, cleaned the toilet , emptied All the bins, stripped the bed and thoroughly cleaned the kitchen to include the oven, worktops, sink and fridge. All the utensils were washed up and put away. We did however accidently leave an unopened packet of cheese and half a bottle of orange juice in the fridge. The tiles throughout the apartment are white and show every speck of dust.. we must have swept the floor at least 3 times before leaving the apartment because short of crawling on our hands and knees and exiting the property backwards it was impossible to remove every speck whilst packing and preparing to leave. We have stayed in numerous properties prior to this and always leave the place as clean and tidy as we possibly can. In our experience proffesional cleaners always come in prior to the arrival of new guests to deep clean the apartment. If you stay in this property you will be expected to do this yourself and will lose some of your deposit if the manager has to spend any time preparing the property for the new arrivals . We were charged €40.00 despite spending the majority of our last evening hoovering and cleaning the apartment. It is rather alarming to think that this is left solely to guests and that the kitchen worktops and fridge are not properly disinfected by the property manager. If guests were unaware of hygeine issues pertaining to cross contamination and just wiped the fridge and worktops with a bacteria laden dish cloth this would go undetected, as the property manager takes no responsibilty in ensuring the area where food preparation takes place is hygenically cleansed. Also be prepared to pay extra if you want bed sheets and pillow cases on your bed and don't expect to be provided with towels. Very disapointed .

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen.Die "Villa" übertraf unsere Erwartungen.Alles war sehr sauber. Küche gut ausgestattet. Geschirr, Gläser, Bestecke reichlich vorhanden sowie sonstige Haushaltsgeräte. Die ruhige Lage, mit Parkmöglichkeit haben wir sehr genossen. Der tägl. Markt, Restaurants etc., der Strand quasi vor der Haustür. Das Auto blieb ungenutzt.Rückenprobleme gab es bei dem Bett nicht.3 Sterne sind eigentlich zu wenig.Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder

Séjour d'une semaine au Bois Plage en Ré

Très bon séjour dans un logement en tous points parfait : emplacement au calme tout en étant à proximité de la plage et du village, qualité des équipements, sans oublier la qualité de l'accueil que nous a réservé la propriétaire du lieu qui a su répondre rapidement et efficacement à nos différentes demandes. Nous recommandons sans réserve !

excellente semaine du 20 au 27 avril 2024 - 1er séjour à l'ile de Ré.

Nous avons passé une semaine formidable. La location est conforme à l'annonce. Bien située géographiquement sur l'ile, proche de la mer et des pistes cyclables. Concernant la villa, elle est accueillante, comme sa propriétaire d'ailleurs. Tout est mis en œuvre pour que les vacanciers passent un séjour agréable et ne manquent de rien. La situation, les équipements, la propreté tout était parfait. La place de parking devant la maison est un vrai +. Nous recommandons cette location et nous y retournerons avec plaisir. herrlich gelegen, sehr freundliche Verrmieterin, kurze Wege zum Markt, absolute Strandnähe, auf der Insel ist Radfahren ein Vergnügen. Das Ferienhaus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Wir waren begeistert.

Magnifique séjour à l île de Ré ❤🌞🌺

La maison est grande bien située au calme. Proche de la mer et des commerces. Des pistes cyclables bien aménagée. Il ne manque rien dans la maison bien équipée et décoré avec soins. On reviendra. Une semaine dans un lieu agréable et calme

Il s'agit d'une jolie propriété, confortable et bien entretenue, idéale pour deux personnes. Beaucoup de balades sont possibles à pied ou à vélo. La ville est bien desservie en commerces.

Calme et idéalement situé

Appartement agréable, très calme, decoration soignée, double exposition, à proximité de la plage, du marché et des commerces. Le confort est parfait à l'exception d'un lit trop dur , un matelas plus épais isolant mieux du sommier serait nécessaire.

Séjour reposant dans une petite maison confortable et propre

La propriétaire était très aimable et serviable. L'appartement est moderne et agréablement aménagé. L'emplacement est très calme et non loin de la plage. Le séjour nous a beaucoup plu et nous nous sommes bien reposés.
