Très bel appartement

L'appartement est très clair et très spacieux et proche des plages et de tous les commerces. Il est facile de se garer dans la rue près de l'immeuble. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et le contact avec la propriétaire a été très chaleureux. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Appartement spacieux et proche de toutes commodités. L'appartement est bruyant côté séjour mais calme côté chambres si les portes sont fermées. Canapé inconfortable, non adapté pour l'intérieur mais plutôt pour l'extérieur. Bon accueil souriant de la propriétaire. Nous avons bien visité les alentours, belle semaine ensoleillée.

Séjour parfait pour balades et plages à 2 pas

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cet appartement meublé avec soin, pratique et très confortable. Du balcon ont aperçoit sur la mer. La résidence est calme et avec possibilité de garer son véhicule facilement au bas de l'appartement ou dans les nombreuses petites rues avoisinantes. Son emplacement est idéal, proche de 4 belles plages familiales et du centre de Royan avec toutes ses animations se situe à 5/10 min à pied (supermarché, commerces, restaurants et marché quotidien et animations quotidiennes sur la Plage de la Grande Conche ). C'est vraiment le lieu idéal pour qui veut passer une semaine à la mer en famille sans avoir besoin de prendre sa voiture. Je le recommande vivement.

Super séjour et emplacement très appréciable

Appartement bien placé et chaleureux, où l'on peut se garer très facilement au bas de l'appartement. La 1ère plage est juste en bas de la rue donc quelques minutes et les pieds sont dans l'eau. La visite de Royan et de sa région ont été une belle découverte et nous avons passé un super séjour. De plus nous avons été très bien accueillis par la propriétaire qui s'est montré très disponible. De bons conseils sur les activités et les différents marchés pour chiner un peu...... L'appartement est quant à lui bien agencé (conforme aux photos) et la propreté très appréciée. Le petit plus : on peut voir la mer du balcon ! Un bon rapport qualité/prix qui a su nous séduire. Une location que je recommande pour un super séjour !

L'appartement est sympa et confortable. Il est aussi très bien situé par rapport à la ville et aux plages. L'accueil était sympathique. Par contre le petit point négatif concerne le bruit de la circulation devant. On pouvait difficilement ouvrir la fenêtre de la cuisine ou la porte qui donnait sur le petit balcon (pas assez grand pour s'y installer) car c'était bruyant, mais c'était très calme et tranquille côté chambres. Une connexion wifi aurait été aussi appréciable. Mais globalement, nous avons fait un bon séjour.

Heureux séjour, identique au descriptif

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cet appartement refait à neuf, très propre, spacieux et clair avec notre fils de 1 an tout juste. Il est très bien équipé et pour les enfants en bas âge : baignoire et lit bébé. Très bien situé : la première plage, le port, le centre-ville à une minute, facile de rentrer pour aller faire un petit pipi ou autre ! Et une semaine sans véhicule ce n'est pas un problème. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le calme de la résidence. Merci à la propriétaire pour ses conseils et sa gentillesse !

Appartement à proximité de tout

Idéalement placé, parking gratuit, commerces, port et plusieurs plages à proximité. Nous avons laissé la voiture au pied de l'appartement sans la prendre de la semaine. La résidence est très calme. L'appartement est très propre et refait vraiment avec goût.

Appartement idéalement placé

Nous venons de passer un séjour très agréable dans cet appartement, il est très bien placé car une fois sur place plus besoin de prendre la voiture. De plus il est trés facile de se garer au pied de l'appartement ( parking gratuit). L'intérieur a été entièrement refait à neuf avec beaucoup de gout, la litterie est également neuve est confortable.
