Our luxury house is perfectly located in Old Town Park City - just a four-minute walk to Main Street, and minutes away from Deer Valley Ski Resort, Park City Mountain Resort, and the Canyons! It is nestled on the mountainside at the entrance of Empire Pass, surrounded by forested open space. In addition to its proximity to nature, it is an easy walk to the free ski bus shuttle and restaurants and shops on Main Street.

This house is perfect for at least two families and large groups alike. You will love the private hot tub, and at 4000 sq feet, there’s room for everyone to relax. This deluxe home features 5 fireplaces (one on the deck!), 2 kitchens, and stunning 360-degree views. Our house is ideal for all kinds of outdoor activities with excellent access to world-class skiing, and four hiking and mountain biking trails right outside the door. The open-concept main floor includes a well-appointed chef’s kitchen, a relaxing living room with fireplace, and a spacious dining room. The kitchen is equipped with professional-grade Thermador appliances, new in 2018 pots and pans, full set of dishes and glassware, a highchair if requested, and everything you need to cook as much or as little as you would like (crockpot, baking dishes, blender, coffee pot, fresh spices, cutting boards, knives, etc). The large deck and huge windows allow for stunning views of the mountainside and historic Park City. The downstairs bedroom is the perfect place to watch a movie and enjoy the private floor. Our house also comes with a laundry room and mud room with boot dryers, perfect after a long day of skiing or hiking.

Location perfect, size, perfect. Only suggestions is to add a mirror in the master suite next to the bathroom so it would open up for shower for others. Also, we count not find oven mits and had to use towels. With a huge kitchen, I am sure some use. Would be a great add on.

Great place for a large group

We were a group of 10 men, so this place was one of the few that could accommodate us all with individual beds. It's a short walk into downtown, and a short drive to the slopes.

Park City Bonanza ‘25

We had a phenomenal time staying in Darrell and Sally‘s home in Park City! The home was beautiful, spacious and very clean. It had tons of amenities that were enjoyed by our entire family, including multiple fireplaces, hot tub, chef’s kitchen and a killer proximity to the main street/downtown Park City area. We definitely will be back!!

Great time with friends

Beautiful house and fun time with two other couples and their five kids. Made dinner nearly every night and spent plenty of time around the kitchen. Highly recommended.

PC MTB Trip

The owners were responsive and allowed our group of 12 to get settled in a bit early. The convenience of the house for walking to Main St. as well as beginning our MTB rides from the house was nice and saved us from needing to rent a car. The house was very comfortable for our large group.

Park City Ski Trip with Friends

We travelled to Park City with two other families and this house was perfect. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for everyone. The hot tub was perfect after being on the slopes. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. You can take an easy 10 minute walk to downtown and Sally was easy to work with. We would definitely recommend this house.

Great ski get-away

Property was beautiful, and stocked with everything we needed. Even some incidentals that are not normally in rentals were there - garbage bags, detergents, soaps and shampoos... The set up was great for our group of 9. Plenty of beds and even separate spaces for different groups to gather. We even had two massage therapists come over after a long day of skiing, and they were able to set up in two rooms while we all had our turns. Everything was exceptionally clean, even the crystal clear water in the hot tub. Communication with the owner was great, and we were even able to get checked in early. Thank you so much!

Perfect Home for Us

Property owners were very helpful to us prior to our arrival (phone conversation to help with ski logistics, grocery options, transit system help) and during our stay (super quick responses to answer questions ie. Sonos system, ice maker, trash). They were happy to help make our stay a 5 star experience from start to finish! The house is in fabulous shape with a beautiful, well appointed kitchen, an easy to use Sonos system, smart tvs with remotes that work, and a clean and well-functioning outdoor hot tub that was inviting at the end of a long ski day. Bedding and linens were abundant, soaps and lotions at every sink, plenty of paper goods. The pantry is available to use including many cooking basics- oils, spices etc. Highly recommend this home!

New large elegant mountain home

My friend of two decades are touring the western region in search of the perfect run and experience wonderful mountain towns. Park city didn't disappoint and we couldn't ask for more from our accommodations. The home perfectly accommodated the needs of our large ski party, but could easily work for a multi family vacation. Rooms were large, comfortable with all the amenities of home. The common living space was perfect for cooking while still being apart of the conversation with dinning and living areas on either side. Located on the southern end of Main St we had easy access to restaurants, bars and the in town ski lift. But given the size and comfort of the house most evenings we found ourself just hanging at home playing games and enjoying the hot tub. I strongly recommend this home and can't wait to come back to park city. Thank you

Guys Reunion Already Asking to Return

As the organizer of annual friends trip, there is a lot of pressure to find the right place. I went through dozens of Park City (and Salt Lake) listings to find this gem. And these reviews do not lie! 11 guys and everybody got their own comfortable bed. The quality of everything in the home was top notch and yet no signs of owner's belongings so it didn't feel like you were 'crashing' in somebody else's home. Location was phenomenal - very easy walk to Main Street. Home still felt private. Owner was super easy to communicate with. It is a real struggle to find a single negative thing so the only minor one would be the living room which will feel tight if you are trying to watch a movie with a huge group - but we didn't because who comes to Park City to watch TV!!!

Perfection

Our family of 8 adults thoroughly enjoyed the spaciousness, cleanliness, and incredible comfort of this well-located and appointed luxury home. The photos do not do the home justice, and it is remarkably close and easy to walk to Main Street. We had loads of snow during our stay, but driveway was plowed by morning each day if needed. The gas fireplaces in LR and 2 master suites are a delight, as is the large hot tub on the deck. Both kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked with necessary items, and I have no doubt that if we had needed anything not already supplied, the owners would have responded promptly. We feel very lucky to have booked such a great property for our ski vacation, and would definitely book this property again. Many thanks to the owners for sharing their beautiful home with us during our holiday vacation.

Great place for our Mountain bike trip!

This was a perfect property for two families with 6 teenagers. Layout of the rooms and beds was perfect and we were able to ride to the trails in Deer Valley and Park City....and a short walk to Main Street. House was well appointed and spotless when we checked in. It is off a main road so there was some traffic in the am but that was not a huge issue for us. Owners were very responsive when we had questions. We hope to be back next year!!

Summer family vacation

We enjoyed our time at this downtown Park City home. The home was clean, spacious, and conveniently located near Main Street. We walked to Main Street multiple times/day. The kids loved the proximity to all the shops!

Amazing house with great amenities.

Communication with the host was fantastic and very easy to work with. They offered a couple different sleeping options for our 20 month old grandson plus a chair that attaches to the table for him to sit in. The sound system was great and the bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked including nice shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and lotion. Our adult children used the hot tub most nights and really enjoyed it. It was a close walk to town but the walk was down hill to town and uphill to go home at night. The only downside was that it sits above a fairly busy road so there is substantial road noise for the bedrooms on the front of the house. I also let the host know they needed a knife sharpener and traditional spatula, which he made note of to add. I would definitely stay at this property again.

We built this home as to serve as a mountain getaway from our main home in Salt Lake City, Utah. We have taught our four children to love skiing the wonderful Utah snow and have found that Park City is as fun in the summertime with its festivals and concerts as it is in the snowy winter.

Why they chose this property

We chose the mouth of Empire Pass Canyon to build our dream vacation getaway to experience the great Park City nightlife, culture, and access to the ski resorts and mountain biking.

What makes this property unique

Our home is unique because it feels secluded up on the mountainside, but is an easy access to dozens of great restaurants, bars, and entertainment. It’s not uncommon to see deer, elk, and moose outside our windows. Unlike most Old Town homes, we have open spaces on 3 sides of the house.
