About this property

Nice country house with swimming pool in historical village of Green Provence

Very nice villa (180 mÂČ) in the heart of « Green Provence” with swimming pool and garden (1500 mÂČ). The charm particular of the garden are the dry-stone walls, the big oak trees, palms and lavender. The beautiful pool with furniture for 12, games for children. The swimmable river “Argens” is near the house (250 m). From the house you have Ă  panoramic view of the valley. The house - construct in 2002 - is completely renovated in 2015 and 2021.

Our swimmping pool is heated in the middle season (+/- 27 ° Celsius).

We rent from saturday to saturday. You pay a cash deposit (500 Euros) only on arrival.

Electricity and water costs of the villa and final cleaning add to rent. Bed linen can be rented upon arrival.

Excellent!

We enjoyed a week in Villa Estello in May 2022 and had a fabulous time. The Villa is spacious, well laid out and well equipped. We especially liked the swimming pool and that we could watch our children easily. Our hosts Pascal and Michele were very friendly and went to great trouble to ensure that we enjoyed our holiday, which is much appreciated – thank you! We will definitely return and highly recommend Villa Estello! Best wishes, the Fenn family.

Ein wunderschönes optimales Ferienhaus fĂŒr jedermann

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Estelle war grandios. In diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus in dem alles stimmte haben wir 2 Wochen lang einen erholsamen, entspannten und interessanten Urlaub verlebt. Viele SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten, schöne Dörfer und mondĂ€ne StĂ€dte in der gut erreichbaren Umgebung. Die Gastgeber sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Jederzeit wieder. Estelle ist sehr zu empfehlen. La maison idéale pour une semaine entre amis

vacances agrĂ©ables en famille dans un bel environnement, une maison spacieuse, facile Ă  vivre, avec tout le confort et le matĂ©riel nĂ©cessaire. Et nous avons mĂȘme pu profiter de la piscine au dĂ©but du mois d'avril.Promenades dans la rĂ©gion que nous connaissions dĂ©jĂ  un peu. La tĂ©lĂ©vision n'a pas Ă©tĂ© allumĂ©e, les occupations d'extĂ©eieur Ă©tant privilĂ©giĂ©es. Un petit bĂ©mol : peu de rĂ©seau, ce qui peut ĂȘtre gĂȘnant parfois. Donc tout le monde a Ă©tĂ© ravi de ce sĂ©jour

Das Haus liegt schön abgelegen und trotzdem kann man von dort aus viel unternehmen oder nur am Pool chillen. Meine beiden Hunde haben sich sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Sie waren im nahe gelegenen Kanal jeden Tag baden.

Super semaine passée avec ma famille

TrÚs bonne location ! On a passé une super semaine de vacances ! Pour nous tout était parfait ! Un bémol quand aux voisins qui ne sont pas trÚs tolérants, les personnes qui louent sont en vacances, et il y a une piscine donc oui ça fait du bruit ! On a bien profité !

Agréable séjour

Maison trĂšs bien agencĂ©e permettant de cohabiter Ă  plusieurs couples. Étant donnĂ© la grosse chaleur, la climatisation aurait Ă©tĂ© un plus. La piscine est trĂšs agrĂ©able. Les diffĂ©rentes terrasses du jardin Ă©taient peu praticables mais cela ne nous a pas dĂ©rangĂ© car nous restions au bord de la piscine.

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© charmĂ© par cette maison Tout y est , le confort pour petits et grands Le beau temps de la Provence ses villages aux alentours et qq randonnĂ©es Nous avons mĂȘme pu profitĂ© de la piscine chauffĂ©e c Ă©tait top L accĂšs Ă  la riviĂšre est au fond du jardin sĂ©curisĂ© ( rassurant avec nos enfants en bas Ăąge quand mĂȘme ) il y a des canoĂ«s avec Ă©quipement Ă  disposition mais les enfants Ă©tant trop petits nous n avons pas pu en profiter une prochaine annĂ©e peut ĂȘtre car nous reviendrons!!!

Sehr schön gelegenes Ferienhaus

Wir waren im Juni/Juli 3 Wochen mit 8 Erwachsenen und 3 großen Hunden in der Villa Estello und haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Von der Besitzerin wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen und eingewiesen, auch bei kleineren Problemen war sie immer erreichbar und es wurde schnell Abhilfe geschaffen. Zu Beginn hatten wir ein ziemliches Wespenproblem, das durch Zugabe von Salz in den uneinsehbaren Pool (leider war die Poolbeleuchtung defekt) auf ein ertrĂ€gliches Maß zurĂŒckging. Das terrassenförmig angelegte GrundstĂŒck ist komplett ausbruchssicher eingezĂ€unt und damit fĂŒr Hundebesitzer optimal. Aufgrund des sonnigen Wetters haben wir uns fast ausschließlich im Poolbereich und abends im herrlichen Wintergarten (komplett zu öffnen) aufgehalten. SpaziergĂ€nge auf dem Jakobsweg, der direkt am Haus entlangfĂŒhrt, sind in beide Richtungen endlos möglich (bis zur Abtei Le Thoronet sind es ca. 4 km). Die angekĂŒndigten Wildschweine haben sich nicht immer an die Zeiten gehalten, sondern wir hatten auch am Tag einige Begegnungen. Wir haben viele schöne AusflĂŒge gemacht, u. a. waren wir in Cannes, Nizza, Frejus, St. Maxime und St. Tropez (herrliche BootsĂŒberfahrt), am Lac de St. Croix, in Monaco, in zahlreichen kleinen idyllisch gelegenen Ortschaften, bei einer Weinprobe (der Muscat ist ein Gedicht, wir haben einige Kartons mitgenommen) sowie auf einigen provenzalischen MĂ€rkten (Aups, Tourtour, Carces, Lorgues - wobei letzterer von uns favorisiert wurde). In Le Thoronet (ca. 6 km) gibt es einen BĂ€cker, Metzger, Apotheke, zahlreiche Speiselokale und einen kleinen Einkaufsladen, wobei wir fĂŒr die EinkĂ€ufe fast immer den IntermarchĂ© in Carces oder den großen Leclerc in Le Luc aufgesucht haben. Alles in allem war es ein gelungener Urlaub und wir können die Villa Estello uneingeschrĂ€nkt weiterempfehlen.
