Our stay was ok, there's some deep cleaning that needs to be done especially in the kitchen, while I was cooking grease started dripping from underneath the microwave into the pot i was cooki ng in. The pillow case in one of the rooms had dirt stains on them, the couch in the living room was torn on the bottom, The TV in the room i stayed in didn't work.

The property needs to update its pictures or update the condo. The condo needs some work. One of the dining room chairs was broken and had a leg missing and was pushed off to a corner. A lounge chair on the balcony was also broken and nearly caused one of us to fall backwards due to the arm that adjusts the back of the chair being broken and unstable. The bathroom sink had someone else’s hair in it. The overall cleanliness of the unit was just ok. You can tell nothing gets moved or cleaned behind things on a regular basis. But, the housekeeper left the vacuum cleaner in the living room in case we wanted to clean up. The floors were full of chipped or damaged tiles. The electrical outlet in the living room won’t let you plug anything in it due to the outlet cover sitting away from the actual outlet. The refrigerator has an ice and filtered water dispenser in the door, but the filter needed to be changed with a red warning light showing that on the door. However, the facility was nice. A great pool area for the kids to enjoy and the view from our balcony was amazing.

We sincerely apologize for the broken dining chair and, most importantly, the broken balcony lounge chair that created a potential safety issue. We’re also sorry for the hair left in the bathroom sink and the overall cleanliness concerns, including areas behind and underneath furnishings not being thoroughly cleaned. The vacuum should certainly not have been left out in the living room upon your arrival either. We appreciate you also bringing the chipped and damaged floor tiles, improperly positioned electrical outlet, and refrigerator filter warning to our attention. We will make sure each of these items is communicated to the appropriate cleaning and maintenance teams and to the property owner so they can be evaluated and addressed. We will also review your concern regarding the listing photos and whether they accurately reflect the condo in its current condition. It was not the worse but definitely not the best! The beds were very uncomfortable. The shower drains did not plug for kids to take a bath. The living room ceiling had what looked like blood all over the ceiling and wall art. The wifi and Tvs did not work well at all! The dryer did not dry clothes at all. The complex was fairly nice and the common areas were decent.

The builing was nice, elevators were fast and quiet, and maintenance and cleaning of the building was ongoing, other than the leaks from the rain and/or HVAC units. While we enjoyed our stay at the condo, there were many items needed to be repaired and cleaned. A few of the doors were coming off the actual doorframe, the entry door security lock was very loose, faucets and toilets needing repairs and tubs had cracks or holes in it.in addition, dinning room chairs and patio chairs needed to be tightened as they were unstable. Since we were there only for a short period of time, we asked for these items be corrected once we left the property.
