Old house completely renovated, all comfort, garden planted with orange trees (hence its name: Portokalia, in Greek). Jacuzzi outside. 100m from the village of Mixorouma, 4 km from SPILI, quiet, in a beautiful green setting. Cool house in summer. 5 minutes from the charming little town of Spili. Central position to visit Crete. Very beautiful beaches at 1/4 H. Site privileged for pedestrian excursions. Beautiful typical Cretan villages, Byzantine churches and monasteries (Preveli, Arkadi ...). Many good taverns in the area.

You can bring an animal but do ask us autorization prior réservation please. Ok with for example 1 small animal, well educated.

Großzügiges Ferienhaus in toller Lage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig geschnitten und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles Notwendige ist vorhanden. Nicht alles ist ganz neu, aber das unterstreicht den Charme des Hauses. Highlights waren für uns die große mit Wein überwachsene Terrasse und die vielen schattigen Plätzchen, z.B. unter dem Orangenbaum am Pool. Klitzekleiner Kritikpunkt: Die Matratzen in den Betten waren für uns eher hart, das ist sicher Geschmackssache. Fazit: Absolut empfehlenswert.

Traditionelles kretischen Haus, leider mit Feuchtigkeit

Das Haus hat durchaus Charme, ist leider weder im Untergeschoss (Schlafräume) noch im OG aufgrund erhöhter Feuchtigkeit bewohnbar. Die Bettwäsche, Kopfkissen etc. waren jeden Tag klamm. Trocknen in der Sonne hatte nur einen kurzzeitigen Effekt. Der Vermieter hat die zuständige Dame vorort vorbeigeschickt. Sie hat die Heizung angestellt. Es war dann zu warm in den Räumen, aber auch diese Maßnahme hatte nur einen kurzzeitigen Effekt. Unsere Kleidung haben wir im Koffer gelassen, aber diesen nicht verschlossen, so dass auch diese klamm war. Aufgrund dieser Situation kann man nicht wirklich von Urlaub sprechen. Vermieter reagiert auf Teilerstattung nicht.

Bel endroit typique à la campagne.

C'était notre deuxième séjour dans cette villa typique de l'endroit. Nous avons autant adoré que la première fois. Ne cherchez pas le bling-bling et le grand luxe mais vous aurez tout le calme et le confort nécessaire en plus du cadre typiquement crétois du village. La supérette et le sublime restaurant sont à deux pas avec la simplicité et la gentillesse de l'accueil local. Encore merci pour ce merveilleux séjour.

Großzügiges uriges Haus, sehr gut ausgestattet, Privatsphäre, mehrere Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten, Sonne im Oktober erst ab 10 Uhr morgens, Treppe zwischen Wohn- und Schlafbereich extrem steil oder außen herum gehen, haben uns wohl gefühlt, Auto absolut erforderlich

Très beau séjour

Maison avec beaucoup de charme en pleine campagne crétoise. Repas très agréables sous les vignes . Le jacuzzi très apprécié en fin de journée. Nous avons sincèrement passé de très belles vacances en Crête et nous retournerons sûrement à Mixorouma.

Schönes idyllisches und geräumiges Ferienhaus

Gemütlich und geräumig, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider kam es hin und wieder zu Geruchsbelästigung ( Landwirtschaft). Der zum Haus gehörende Whirlpool konnten wir leider nicht nutzen, war wohl ein technisches Problem. Gewünscht hätten wir noch eine Informationsmappe über Bedienungsanleitungen (Grill, Whirlpool,Spülmaschine, Klimaanlage)

Tolles Haus und schön gelegen

Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen. Es ist alles vorhanden, um auch selbst zu kochen. Ansonsten bietet sich die Taverne (Petrokofino) an, die fußläufig in 3 Minuten zu erreichen ist. Gleich daneben befindet sich ein Minimarkt mit Bäcker, um das Nötigste zu kaufen. Alles in allem also sehr zu empfehlen!

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus

Ein Ferienhaus, in dem wir uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt haben. Sehr schöne Aufteilung und eine geschmackvolle, stimmige Einrichtung. Sogar die Küchenausstattung ist perfekt, alles vorhanden. Was wir zudem genossen haben, war das Frühstück auf der großen erhöhten Terrasse unter einer Weintrauben-Pergola. Sehr schön auch die kleine familiengeführte Taverne, in der man viele leckere frische Vor- und Hauptspeisen bekommt. Mit dem Mietwagen haben wir von dort aus jeden Tag Ausflüge unternommen; es gibt viel zu sehen, auch in der näheren Umgebung. Wir werden uns immer gern an diesen Urlaub erinnern, und vielleicht kommen wir ja wieder.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison confortable et tranquille mais aussi dans ce village paisible , au milieu d'un bel environnement et prés des plages. Nous avons été reçu par Anelka, une personne trés accueillante, avec qui malgré la barrière de la langue nous avons pu communiquer facilement

Very nice

Thank you for the wonderful stay. Everything worked fine. It is an old house with charme. Spili is a great place too. The bedrooms have old, thick walls, but no AC. It is okay to sleep, but we were here on very hot days and I would recommend installing one ;-) Best regards!

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cette maison fin mai 2013. Elle est situé dans un petit village facile d'accès. La maison très propre (surement rénovée récemment) est très calme et la terrasse offre une très jolie vue sur la montagne. Le jacuzzi est très agréable pour se détendre après une journée d’excursion. La maison est vraiment très proche des principaux centres d'intérêts de ce coin de l'île (plages, ville de Rethymnon, ville de Plakias...). Il y a un mini-market à 50 mètres de la maison pour y faire quelques achats. Nous voulions nous reposer et ce fut l'endroit parfait.
