Charming Studio in the heart of Val d'Isère

Perfectly located in the ski Resort of Val d'Isere, which famous for its outstanding ski domain and its charming city center, the studio can welcome 4 persons.

The closest train station is Bourg Saint Maurice (with direct train from/to london), the flat is very easy to access, as you have a shuttle bus that drops you just down the building.

Ski slopes and lifts are also very (close (300 meters). The studio is located on the famous Avenue Olympique, which is very lively, with restaurants, bars, shops, bakeries, pharmacy. You even have a ski rent shop down the building.

The studio has a big balcony and a nice view on the mountains. It's very welll equiped (tv, dishwasher, toaster, ski locker etc.) so that you can have amazing holidays in one of the nicest ski resorts of the Alps

Our daughters stayed at Alexandre’s studio for a month while doing an altitude cycling training camp to prepare for the Road Cycling World Championships in Rwanda. The studio was a comfortable, quiet base and made the long stay easy. Alexandre was welcoming and responsive — we highly recommend his place to athletes or anyone looking for a convenient, pleasant long-term stay.

Perfect place

Cosy little place in central Val D'Isere. All the appliances and amenities in great working order. Location excellent. Includes a useful ski locker to keep equipment in. Host easy to communicate with and helpful. Highly recommended!

Wonderful accommodation in the perfect location

The property was wonderful; large enough space, lovely furniture and decorations, and a charming view of the mountains from the outdoor terrace. Additionally, Alexandre was always very quick to respond to any of our queries as well as offering various suggestions of things to do and places to go to in the local area. Could not think of a single fault with our stay other than it was a bit of a struggle to find the entrance on the very first day.

Great studio apartment, super location.

Pretty renovated apartment with central location. Rich kitchen equipment, everything what you need. Nice view from balcony. Close to all shops and restaurants. Ski bus stop in front of building. To ski lifts max. 10 min. on foot. Good communication with host Alexandre. Everything were super! We spent great time from16 to23. 03.2024.

Fantastic studio apartment

Stayed here for 5 weeks, great central location, easy access to shops & restaurants. Short walk to lift area or catch a bus outside to La Forney, La Daille or central area if feeling lazy. Apartment tastefully decorated, new kitchen area, washing machine and efficient heated towel rail in bathroom for drying, comfortable sofa bed, bunk beds can be closed off with sliding door if required.ski locker on ground floor. Good view looking down the valley to La Daille with small balcony. I will return.

En tant que skieur la situation est excellentr pour rejoindre les pistes. La navette est juste en bas de l immeuble. Et il y en a une toute les cinq minutes. J étais seul dans le logement . Il y a tout l équipement nécessaire rien ne manque . Il y a un gardien de l' immeuble qui peut vous fournir draps serviettes etc....très utile. Bonne orientation du logement sur l espace montagneux. Endroit calme pour dormir ...important pour profiter du séjour. Je recommande

Bonjour Delphine, Je tiens à vous remercier d’avoir pris le temps de partager votre évaluation de la propriété. Effectivement, des taches de vin rouge étaient présentes sur le lave-linge et un peu de sirop de gâteau avait coulé sur une des étagères. Afin de compenser ces désagréments, je vous ai proposé un geste commercial que vous avez accepté, en complément d'une offre pour un restaurant que vous avez choisi de décliner. Je vous avais également suggéré de venir la veille sans frais supplémentaires pour éviter les embouteillages, mais je comprends que vous n’ayez pu venir que le dimanche. Dans ce cas, je me suis arrangé pour que le concierge remette les clés à votre sœur. En conclusion, je pense que le titre "déçu" ne reflète pas pleinement l’ensemble de votre séjour, qui, je l'espère, a été agréable malgré ces petits imprévus.

Excellent séjour

La communication avec le propriétaire était très claire et très fluide. Il s'est également assuré pendant le séjour que tout se passait bien etc. et a toujours proposé son aide en cas de besoin. La résidence elle même est très bien placée dans le centre de Val d'Isère, à proximité des commerces, des restaurants/bars, à 5 minutes à pied des pistes, et juste en face des navettes pour les autres parties de Val d'Isère ainsi que de la gare routière. L'appartement est bien équipé et pas étouffant en terme de température ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas dans les locations à la montagne. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Séjour très agréable!

Nous avons réservé en dernière minute pour rendre visite à un ami saisonnier et profiter d'un petit séjour au ski. La réservation du logement et la communication avec le propriétaire s'est faite dans une fluidité exemplaire (réservation faite le vendredi après-midi pour une arrivée le samedi). Le logement est idéalement placé dans la station et correspond en tout point à l'annonce en ligne. Nous recommandons sans réserve ! Merci pour le séjour 🙂
