Absolutely génial !

Perfect appartement in a perfect location by the sea. The pictures totally match the reality, everything was so clean and peaceful. Oscar thank you so much. He'll make you feel so comfortable and is so easy going and flexible. He goes out of his way to make you really feel at home and we did! We will recommend Oscar place for anyone and will definitely stay here again next time we are in Delta del Ebro. Muchas gracias Oscar!

Sensacional apartamento muy cómodo y bien equipado

Sensacional apartamento en zona tranquila de San Carlos. Está muy cerca de supermercados y comercios. Y a unos 5 minutos hay una zona de restauración en el paseo marítimo, además de los chiringuitos de la playa. Está muy bien equipado con todo lo necesario para tener una estancia muy cómoda. Los colchones son nuevos. La propiedad estuvo muy pendiente en la estancia. Dispone de ventiladores para los días más calurosos aunque siempre corre brisa marina.

Estuvimos cinco días en este apartamento y se nos hicieron muy cortos. Es cómodo, bien acondicionado, cercano a la playa y muy tranquilo. Óscar, el anfitrión, es una persona preocupada en que estés a gusto y te sientas como en casa.

Ongelooflijk mooie locatie: direct uitzicht op strand en zee🙂. Supermarkten op kleine loopafstand (5 minuten) en on het appartement is alles wat je wenst aanwezig. Bovendien erg sympathieke eigenaren. Kortom: een aanrader.

Ubicado en la playa de las delicias, haciendo honor a su nombre.

El clima mediterráneo ha sido fantástico, una media de 30ºC diarios, pudiendo disfrutar todos los días del agua, casi termal, del mar y piscina. Para hacer la compra de alimentación están muy próximos dos grandes supermercados: Caprabo y Lidl, lo cual evita el desplazamiento en coche. Cercano a restaurantes y a 15 minutos del centro, a través un maravilloso paseo marítimo. El apartamento muy cómodo, totalmente equipado, incluso con wifi y tarjeta de canales TV. Amplia información de libros para conocer el habitat de la zona. En la terraza se puede disfrutar de comidas o cenas al aire libre con vistas al mar. Fuimos recibidos con una cálida acogida por parte del propietario, Óscar, que nos dió todo tipo de explicaciones, en cuanto a las actividades que se podían realizar en la zona, así como de todo lo relacionado con la vivienda. Nos hemos sentido como en casa!!. Repetiremos de nuevo esta experiencia en este apartamento.

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances, le logement correspondant tout à fait au descriptif, très proche de la plage et proche des commerces. Résidence tranquille . Hôte très agréable et disponible; nous recommandons pour des vacances en famille avec des enfants en bas âges.

Toller Blick auf das Mittelmeer

Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch den Vermieter in der Ferienwohnung mit Pralinen und kaltem Wasser. Die Wohnung war absolut sauber. Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock des Gebäudes Carrer Insidre 257 (im Süden Stadt). Wohnbereich mit 2 Sofas, großer Flatscreen-Fernseher (nur spanische Programme) sowie Essplatz mit 6 Stühlen. Innenliegende Küche mit Gasherd und allem Geschirr. Großer Kühlschrank. Badezimmer mit Bidet, WC, Waschbecken und Badewanne / Dusche. 1 Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett) zur Meerseite. 2 Schlafzimmer (2 Einzelbetten, 1 Einzelbett 190 x 90 cm) liegen zur Straßenseite. Die Straße ist eine Hauptstraße (N340a). Insofern ist ganztags (auch nachts) teilweise lauter Pkw-, Lkw- und Motorradlärm. Im Erdgeschoss sind 2 Restaurants untergebracht. Gerade bei Familienfeiern oder wenn Barca spielte war die Lärmbelastung hoch - bis weit nach Mitternacht. Sehr schöner Sandstrand (Platja de Les Delícies) flach ins Mittelmeer laufend. Einfach klasse. Der Strand wird täglich gereinigt / gekämmt. Die gesamte Stadt ist absolut sauber. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel in 300 m Entfernung vorhanden (Caprabo, Lidl). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. DANKE. Google Traductor: Muy cálida bienvenida por el propietario en el apartamento con chocolates y agua fría. El apartamento era absolutamente limpia. El apartamento está en el 3er piso de la Carrer Insidre 257 (ciudad al sur) edificio. Salón con 2 sofás, TV de pantalla plana de gran tamaño (sólo canales españoles) y zona de comedor con 6 sillas. Cocina con estufa de gas interna y toda la vajilla. Nevera de tamaño completo. Cuarto de baño con bidet, inodoro, lavabo y bañera / ducha. 1 dormitorio (cama doble), frente al mar. 2 habitaciones (2 camas individuales, 1 cama individual 190 x 90 cm) dan a la calle. La carretera es un camino principal (N340a). En este sentido, todo el día (y la noche) en parte fuerte automóvil, camión y el ruido de la motocicleta. En la planta baja de 2 restaurantes están alojados. Especialmente en las reuniones familiares o cuando el Barça jugó la contaminación de ruido era alto - hasta bien pasada la medianoche. Muy bonita playa de arena (Platja de Les Delícies) en ejecución plana en el Mediterráneo. Simplemente genial. La playa se limpia a diario / peinado. Toda la ciudad está absolutamente limpio. De compras en el supermercado, en 300m distancia disponible (Caprabo, Lidl). Nos hemos sentido muy cómodo. Gracias.
