Villa T3 with swimming pool, refined services in the countryside

Provencal house of 70m² on one level with a 6000m² park with trees to the east of Marseille. In the countryside of Marcel Pagnol, just 10 km from the city center and 20 minutes from Cassis. Golf and Tennis nearby. Independent entrance. No other tenants during the stay.
Absolute calm. You will have the use of a 7 x 14 swimming pool with a superb dry-stone pool house equipped with a well-equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge, electric hob) and a barbecue (with its reserve of wood) .
The house consists of a modern and equipped American kitchen (fridge, oven, hob, microwave, washing machine and dishes), a living-dining room with antique furniture (the sofa can be transformed for two people), a bedroom with a large double bed (160 cm) and its adjoining refined bathroom; a bedroom with two 80 cm beds, an independent shower and a sink.
In total this can be suitable for four people + two people. Outside, a shaded terrace with teak furniture for an aperitif and a barbecue.
Maid . Rental per fortnight. Fresh eggs from the chicken coop. € 1,550 per week. I accept animals

Superbe propriété piscine et poolhouse très agréables et bien équipé. Bbq au feu de bois. Proche centre Marseille mais très silencieux. Maison pour 4 adultes maximum un grand lit et deux petits. Deux salles de bain tres agréables. Pas de wifi dans la maison mais la 4G passe plutôt bien. Pas de climatisation ou de ventilateur la maison est fraîche mais les nuits restent toutefois relativement chaudes. Séjour très agréable dans un environnement de rêve. Les poules nous ont donné des œufs chaque jour. Idéal avec un chien car le terrain est clôturé et sécurisé. Piscine très grande et très propre pour nager c'est l'idéal ...

Notre séjour a correspondu en tout point à ce qui était annoncé et à ce que nous espérions. Un grand jardin bien entretenu et ombragé. Maison très confortable et très bien équipée. Du calme, de la tranquillité et les cigales pour compagnie. La maison est très bien située pour rayonner sur les plus beaux sites de la région, quand les enfants consentaient à s'éloigner de la piscine.

Choisir son lieu de vacances n'est pas tjs facile J'ai trouvé l'endroit où passer des vacances de rêve :il se trouve au pays de Pagnol au milieu des couleurs ,et des senteurs . En pleine nature vs Etes a deux pas de la ville ,la piscine immense vs est reserve et vs avez une magnifique propriété rien que pour vs .

Superbe!!!!

Cette maison est magnifique aussi belle que son cadre.La piscine est immense.Il y fait bon vivre dans ce calme.Toute personne aimera y passer les de très bonnes vacances.J'y suis allée deux années de suite accompagnée de ma fille (11 ans) , de mon fils (14 ans) et de mon mari,nous y avons passé les plus belles vacances de notre vie.
