- Independent studio for 2 people in private property very quiet
- Ideally located 14 kms from the center of TOULOUSE, half an hour from MONTAUBAN (INGRES museum), 3/4 hrs from ALBI (a UNESCO world heritage site), on the edge of the Frontonnais vineyard.
- The small town of BRUGUIERES (5000 inhabitants) is well served by the bus line TOULOUSE / BRUGUIERES with buses every 1/2 h.
- This modern studio is perfectly equipped: air conditioning / heating, kitchenette with 2 hotplates, extractor hood, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and electric crepe maker. The dishes are in sufficient quantity, flat screen TV, radio alarm clock.
- A sofa bed with mattress quality bed is available and a mezzanine with 2 beds (not suitable for children)
- An outdoor terrace is available to residents with table and chairs and sunbathing.
- Direct access to the garden and pool (shared with the owners)
- Private outdoor barbecue
- Private parking in the property and electric gate with remote control.
To keep the peace of the place, we do not accept animals.
Ideal rental to visit our beautiful region and find calm and rest at the end of the day.

End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the residents. Nevertheless, they can dispense with the sum of 30 euros (to pay at the time of their departure).

Tout est parfait !!!!

Mme Foret est aux petits soins pour ses vacanciers. Elle est discrète et très gentille. Le logement est confortable et très propre. Tout est au calme, l’endroit est idéal pour se ressourcer.

Très bien installé, très propre, très pratique, la clim était très appréciable avec les chaleurs de cet été, tout à fait conforme à l'annonce qui était faite avec accès total à la piscine à trois mètres de la maisonnette.

Très bon accueil de la part de notre hôte Ghislaine. Endroit très calme, et gîte confortable.

A recommander pour un couple, la mezzanine étant peu accessible pour des enfants. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine, appréciable en cette fin de mois de juin. Nous recommandons cet endroit pour le calme et la proximité de Toulouse .

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Ghyslaine et Éric sont adorables et leur location est vraiment parfaite aussi bien pour se reposer que pour visiter la belle cité de Toulouse et ses environs.

Confortable et douillet

Vous ne manquerez de rien dans ce studio de grande qualité. Tout y est bien pensé et le côté pratique est de rigueur. Au calme vous pourrez profiter de vous reposer surtout si le temps permet de se détendre au bord de la piscine. Ghislaine est accueillante, à votre écoute et veille à tout pour que votre séjour se déroule agréablement. Je recommande vivement

Nous avons passé un sejour agréable et reposant à 20 min de Toulouse (qui se fait très bien entre l'autoroute et le métro) Le studio est conforme aux photos. Une hôte disponible, agréable, discrète et de bon conseils pour visiter Toulouse. Si nous revenons dans le secteur, nous reviendrons sans hésitations.
