Nice holiday

Good well presented studio. I went without a car and managed with the buses and the odd taxi.The terrace and private garden are a bonus A practical choice and very good value

Studio avec terrasse et jardin en rez de chaussée

Week-end de l'ascension à Antibes, Le studio n'est pas très loin du centre ville. Très agréable avec une terrasse et un jardin dans une quartier calme. La région est magnifique.

Studio tres bien situé et calme

Localisation parfaite pour acceder a Antibes (1/2h a pied du centre ville) + place de parking, ce qui est quasi indispensable dans le coin. Studio tres calme aussi. Et enfin, la communication est simple et fiable a ec Bernard.

Agréable séjour à Antibes

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Bernard Maldonado. Petit logement bien agencé pour 2 personnes. Parking privé bien pratique. Nous avons été bien accueillis par Bernard qui était disponible pour tout renseignement que nous souhaitions lui demander.

Een compleet en sfeervol appartement met tuin, dichtbij Antibes en Juan les Pins. Bakker en supermarkt op loopafstand. Vriendelijk en persoonlijk ontvangst met veel uitleg van bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving. Helemaal top.

Location perfetta e consigliata

Bell’appartamento, piccolo ma funzionale, dotato di tutto quello che serve, con un ampio giardino molto curato. La zona è tranquilla e silenziosa con parcheggio privato. Perfetto per due persone. Fermate dell’autobus nelle vicinanze. Noi abbiamo utilizzato la bicicletta per raggiungere il centro di Antibes e le spiagge di Juan Le Pins. Comodo anche come punto di partenza per escursioni in auto nella zona. Il proprietario è davvero gentile e disponibile. Location consigliatissima.

Ferienwohnung Antibes

Das Apartment selbst ist in einer schönen und gepflegten Wohnanlage mit einem kleinen Garten. Die Ausstung ist gut mit Küche und einer Waschmaschine. Das Badezimmer wurde neu renoviert. Der Wohnraum selbst bedürfte einer Renovierung da dieser doch schon recht abgenutzt ist. Außerdem riecht das Apartment sehr muffig und scheint feucht zu sein aufgrund der Erdgeschosslage. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, so hat er uns auch am Bahnhof beim Eintreffen angeholt und uns zu seinem Apartment gebracht. Etwas ungünstig ist die Lage wenn man auf öffentliche Verkehrsmittel angewiesen ist da ab ca. 20.00 Uhr kaum noch verkehren.
