This beautifull house structured on a floor with views over the fields of grain and the stain of our farm, can accommodate 6 people. It has three double bedrooms with views over the olive grove, three bathrooms, a utility room and a beautiful all-glass veranda with dining room and living room where there are three sofa beds. The exterior is dominated by a portico where there is a table for your dining pleasure.

Really nice, well kept and clean. Fab pool and peaceful surroundings. Easy access to local villages and the coast. Long bumpy gravel pathway to access the property so as long as you are prepared with a suitable hire car for this then your stay will be amazing. Host was very easy to communicate with even when we arrived much later than planned due to flight cancellations.

Bel casale immerso nella natura ma poca cura del dettaglio

La casa è molto bella e sicuramente spaziosa ma purtroppo ci sono degli aspetti che dovrebbero essere migliorati visti i costi dell'alloggio: per arrivare al casale è necessario percorrere una strada sterrata per circa 2 km e per chi ha una macchina normale (tipo mercedes, golf, audi ecc) e non un suv è davvero complicato nel senso che serve moltissima attenzione per evitare di arrecare danni alla macchina stessa. Inoltre non abbiamo trovato una casa molto pulita le stoviglie non erano state lavate il forno nemmeno e in generale non c'è molta cura dei dettagli come ad esempio mancano i cestini in bagno, ci sono pochissimi utensili in cucina, c'è poco spazio per cucinare non c'è un tavolo di appoggio perchè lontano rispetto al pianto cottura, ci sono moltissime mosche. I proprietari sono molti carini e disponibili perchè preparano anche delle pietanze che se una vuole può acquistare ed ha la cena pronta anche se le quantità non sono abbondanti. Sul panorama, la vicinanza dal mare, il silenzio nulla da dire.

Grazie per la vostra recensione che ci ha dato modo di migliorare il nostro servizio! Per la nostra negligenza relativa ad una non accurata pulizia della cucina abbiamo provveduto ad implementare la nostra procedura di controllo e verifica e la mattina stessa la responsabile dei servizi di pulizia e’ venuta a scusarsi , pulire nuovamente l’ambiente ; per la strada purtroppo non possiamo fare molto non essendo nostra ma comunale e provinciale per di più e’ inserita in una vasta area naturale Natura2000 dov’è alcune tipologie di lavorazioni sono assolutamente vietate per la salvaguardia dell’ambiente! La nostra volontà nel rendere la strada agibile l’avete potuto constatare il lunedì stesso quando una nostra squadra ha provveduto a manutentare i nostri 200mt di strada privata; per i bagni abbiamo provveduto ad aggiungere alcuni cestini ed altri accessori per la cucina! Tranquillità a 15 min dal mare

La casa ha dei grandi ambienti, é arredata con molta cura e gusto, completa di tutto il necessario, perfettamente funzionante; splendida vista sulle colline toscane. Particolarmente gradevole la loggia dove é piacevolissimo far colazione o cenare al fresco. Perfetta la piscina, ottima alternativa ai pomeriggi in spiaggia. Le presenza di altre case vicine non disturba assolutamente. Capalbio é vicina, ed il mare a un quarto d'ora. Grazie dell'ospitalità, abbiamo passato uno splendido soggiorno !
