Nice INDEPENDENT apartment for rent for short periods on the first floor in a villa in Marzamemi consisting of 2 bedrooms with double bed, large living room with kitchen, bathroom with shower, laundry. Mosquito net on the windows. Large external veranda with table, chairs, sofa and barbecue. Parking space. Fully equipped. The villa is located near viale Lido about 50 m from the sea facing the island of Brancati. Bars, restaurants, pizzerias, market, bazaar, hairdresser a few meters away. Prices, including linen, vary according to the number of people, the period and the duration of the holiday. It is possible to book: tourist excursions, boat excursions, taxi service, mini tours of Sicily (Noto, Vendicari, Capo Passero, Ragusa, Modica, Palazzolo, Avola, Scicli-Cava d'Ispica, Caltagirone-Piazza Armerina, Etna-Taormina , Agrigento, Palermo).

"Das Appartement liegt im...
"Das Appartement liegt im 1. Stock in der zweiten Reihe am Wasser, es ist ruhig, eine Gegend mit zeitweise bewohnten Ferienwohnungen. Marzamemi ist ein hübscher kleiner Küstenort mit einer stillgelegten Tonnara in dem sich im Sommer sehr viele junge Leute verabreden, die Wohnung liegt aber außerhalb des Betriebs(Sperrung der Hauptstraße).Die Wohnungseinrichtung ist zweckmässig einfach, die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich.Strände, z.Tl sehr schön sind etwas entfernt."
