This tastefully furnished apartment occupies the first floor of the attractive modern "Villa Murgese", with delightful views over the surrounding countryside in the heart of the Murgia and Valle d'Itria, just outside the charming little town Noci, "città enogastronomica". The accommodation comprises 3 spacious bedrooms, one with extra double sofa-bed (made up on request), 3 bathrooms, large kitchen-diner including fully equipped kitchen, dining area with extendable table and sofa corner, as well as a utility room with washing machine. The extra dining area with sunshade on the wide balcony is perfect for dining "al fresco" at all times of the day or evening. All the bedrooms lead out onto the balcony. A dip in the large private heated swimming pool is a great way to cool off on a hot summer's day and there is ample space with sun loungers and outside shower. A BBQ can be used in the garden. There's plenty of space to park, too, and the whole property is fenced, with electric gates for security. Depending on the season, guests are welcome to pick various fruits in the large garden.

We had a really great time. The house is Big and there is everything you need. Location is perfect to exploderede the region! Rosemarie is a great host - would love to come back!

Fantastic pool and property

Super clean, really well equipped, host was very accommodating. Gorgeous balcony and view of surroundings. Noci is beautiful and we ate well at Osteria Montegrappa. Would definitely go back.

Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame mensen, die zich echter ook niet opdringen. De locatie is perfect, zeer rustig en toch maar op 3 km van stadskern (tje) van NOCI. Zeer overdadig comfort, zelfs de badhanddoeken voor aan het zwembad zijn voorzien. De airco werkt perfect. Ideaal als uitvalsbasis. Mooi groot zwembad, beveiligde parkeerplaats(en), ruim terras, grote slaapkamers, alles ook zeer proper. Een aanrader.

Superbe lieu de séjour

Très belle maison, parfaitement conçue pour notre séjour (3 couples d'adultes), à l'étage, indépendamment des propriétaires Rosemarie et Enzo, mais qui sont toujours restés disponibles pour nous conseiller et répondre à nos demandes. Le plus facile, pour y accéder, est d'utiliser les coordonnées GPS : N40.774992 et E17.133546 Confort très apprécié, situation parfaite pour visiter les environs, et s'il reste du temps profiter de la piscine.

Property exactly as described. Excellent location close to Noci town.

Villa Murgese offers 3 good sized bedrooms all ensuite plus a visitors kitchen. It is clean,well maintained with a swimming pool. The owners, Rosemarie and Enzo are wonderful hosts always making themselves available when needed. Their customer service is excellent. The wider area in Puglia has wonderful countryside with many small towns, all of which are worth visiting. Noci has restaurants that win National awards with sensibly priced wines which are as good as any. Puglia also remains largely "undiscovered" thus offering an insight into Southern Italy's culture yet to be overcome by tourism. With Villa Murgese as a base and the Region to explore we had the best of everything. I would have no reservation whatsoever recommending Puglia and Villa Murgese as a holiday destination.

Magnifique location idéale pour cette région

Appartement de très bon standing parfaitement équipé, confortable spacieux (idéal pour une famille), avec une très belle terrasse tout autour. Jardin et cadre calme très agréable autour de la piscine très bien entretenue et à disposition qui fait le bonheur des enfants. Noci est une petite ville authentique et animée. La maison est idéalement située pour profiter des sites à découvrir (Alberrobello, Locorontodo, Cisternoni, Poligni al Mare, etc.) et de la gastronomie de la région. Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires discrets, attentifs et de très bons conseils pour profiter de cette magnifique région, merci. Nous reviendrons !

Nous avons passés une semaine formidable dans une région d’Italie trop peu connue, mais qui vaut vraiment le coup d’œil. Population très accueillante, endroit très bien située pour visiter les beaux sites comme : Alberobello, Locorotondo, Monopoli…. Logement fonctionnel, très propre, conforme à la description, bien décoré et spacieux. Piscine très profonde (bien pour plonger). Seul petit bémol : un peu froide à notre gout. Propriétaires très accueillant, connaissant bien leur région et donnant de très bons conseils de visites ou de resto, en Français ! Merci à eux. Nous recommanderons cette location à nos amis. Nous y retournerons cetrainement.

Immaculate flat with fabulous panoramic views

Rosemarie and her husband were such kind hosts and were more than happy to share their knowledge of the area. The apartment is spotless and air conditioning is very welcome. Thoroughly enjoyed being part of the efforts to make the property self sufficient! Would return in a second.

Een perfecte lokale om het mooie Pulie te ontdekken.

Deze mooie villa is een mooie locatie om het mooie Pulie te ontdekken . Met de mooie dorpjes zoals Noci Monopol Alberobell Martine Franca en natuurlijk niet te vergeten Matera. Het verblijf bij de zeer gastvrije Rosemarie en Enzo Is echt een aanrader . Wij waren met vier volwassen en twee kinderen. Er is ruimte genoeg en een heel mooi zwembad. Het eten in Pulie is echt een aanrader , het is allemaal home made en puur van smaak. De prijzen zijn betaalbaar en de keuze is groot . Zelfs in Noci. Kortom wij hadden een heerlijk verblijf en kunnen dit iedereen aanraden. Wij verbleven hier in juni 2016 Een familie.

Una bella casa

Rosemarie & Enzo nous ont très bien accueillis à Noci. Leur maison est grande, et ils louent le 1er étage (100 m2) avec 3 chambres, 3 salles de bain et une grande cuisine. La maison est neuve, et elle a été aménagée avec beaucoup de goût, et on se sent vite comme chez soi. La piscine est elle-aussi très belle, et elle nous était réservée pendant les 3 jours où nous sommes restés. Nous avons également beaucoup aimé la ville de Noci, très accueillante sans être trop touristique. Pendant notre périple de 3 semaines dans les Pouilles, cette adresse reste notre préférée. Nous reviendrons très certainement chez Rosemarie, pour visiter cette belle région, et pour discuter de gastronomie avec Enzo (il en connait un rayon ! )

A gem next to Noci

If you are looking for a little gem, perfectly equipped flat (including air conditionning) and a lovely pool, this is the place for you. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette belle région des Pouilles, très attachante et authentique. La location est très bien située et permet de sillonner la région. le logement, très joliment décoré, a toutes les qualités requises pour un séjour réussi, espace, confort, propreté, équipement, environnement calme, ... Vacances en famille

Nous avons passé deux semaines fantastiques dans cette superbe maison en famille et avec des amis. L ' Endroit est magnifique au milieu des oliviers sur la colline qui domine la petite ville de noci. Durant notre séjour nous avons découvert une portion d italie restée authentique.la bonne nourriture,les produits frais comme la mozzarella et fromages ,les vins locaux. Les enfants ont adorés cet endroit , ils ont pu s amuser dans la piscine ,jouer au foot, au Ping pong car il y avait beaucoup d espace autour de la maison...nous en avons également profité pour visiter alberobello, ostuni, bari, matera qui sont des villes pleine de charme. Nous avons été touché par l accueil reçu de la part des gens de noci qui ont été très sympathiques et surtout par les propriétaires Vicenzo e rosemarie qui ont éte très accueillants et disponibles pour nous tout au Long de notre séjour chez eux.

Charmante location équipé...

Charmante location équipée de tout confort, très propre et très bien entretenue. Les propriétaires ont toujours été disponible pour nous conseiller, nous proposer du matériel supplémentaire (parasol pour la plage,...)tout en étant très discret. Chaque jour, nous pouvions apprécier leur gentillesse. bref, un séjour inoubliable. Je remercie de tout cœur Rosemarie et Enzo qui nous ont accueillis comme leur propre famille. Location vivement conseillée.

We built Villa Murgese after falling in love with the lovely location and the charming litle town of Noci, where it is still possible to live the authentic Italian "dolce vita" all year round without being overrun by tourists. It's also a "foodie's" paradise!

What makes this property unique

Its central position in Puglia makes it an ideal base for visiting. The nearest airports are Bari and Brindisi. A car is recommended.
