Apartment newly renovated 2 minutes from the gorgeous beach Monello

In the beautiful corner of the Gulf of Mondello, 2 minutes walk from the beautiful Mondello's beach and a few miles from Palermo, our family in the early '60s he built a splendid villa with 4 apartments. The most beautiful, on the top floors, newly renovated, has been chosen for our guests AirBnB. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one inside the larger room), kitchenette, heating, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, internet free WiFi. The apartment, also, has a balcony and a rooftop terrace with panoramic terrace of 200 square meters solarium and shower. Parking is 50 meters from the Villa and a 5 minute walk you can arrive in the charming square of Mondello. Bus terminal to Palermo is located at one minute walk. The hospitality will surprise you: our claim is: high kindness, passion for beautiful things and comfort. Mondello is the best way to find sea, sun, culture, gastronomy, nature, sport. We also offer shuttle service for arrival and departure (airport or train station). Access to the 2rd floor of the villa is simple. The odpiti will also have access to the terrace of 200 square meters shared with the house mate of the 3rd floor. We are always available because we live in a 5-minute drive from the house. We will be present upon arrival, departure and, upon request, if necessary. We have also provided a shuttle service from the airport or port (go and return) at a price of 60.00 Euro total. to the stationing of BUS is a 1-minute walk away. You can go by public transport to Palermo and then by train a little 'everywhere (Island of the Females, Capaci, Terrasini, Altavilla, Punta Raisi, Terrasini, etc..). Driving everywhere: Palermo, Monreale, San Vito lo Capo, Castellammare Gulf, Erice, Segesta, Agridento, Marsala. By hydrofoil from Palermo to Ustica, Aeolian Islands, the Egadi Islands, etc..Parking is close to home (50 meters). There's a perfect Internet WI-FI.

It was like staying at home - so cosy, full of family artwork etc. Great position for Mondello, light, airy, high quality bed linen, bed, towels in abundance. Kitchen well equipped. Nice terraces. Mondello apartment with incredible view!

Gabrielle met us at check in and familiarized us with everything in the apartment. He was a very gracious host. It has spectacular views, especially the rooftop. In the perfect location to be close to the action in Mondello but still nice and quiet. Very easy to get to the beach and many restaurants.

Beautiful property

Pina and Gabriele were wonderful ! Gabriele picked us up and dropped us off at the airport. I would highly recommend! The property is a very short walk to a beautiful beach and the restaurants were fantastic.

Nice apartment in great location

We stayed for a week in this lovely apartment near the beach, restaurants, and the bus into Palermo. The beach at Mondello is attractive and great for beach goers of all ages. The location was also good for taking day trips to many places by car. Gabriele, the owner, was very charming and responsive. We recommend the local coffee shop, Il Barreto, and a wonderful restaurant not far away, La Villa Clelia.

Fantastic House walking distance of main square Mandello

Everything we wanted…Close to mondello square, easy access to beach. Rented scooters close as was grocery.Two bedrooms and bath, plus terrace for meals and used kitchen. Finally air conditioning. As two Americans with high expectations, all were met. They even had a car to and from airport. Excellent time.

Super clean; great location and views

We stayed here 10 days and would do it again in a heartbeat. The unit was so very clean and everything worked well. We used the clothes washer, stove, oven, AC units in the bedroom and main living area. The unit was so convenient to the beach, the tourist area (restaurants, gelateria, etc.), and the bus stop for the 806 bus that goes into Palermo itself. The view from the rooftop patio is phenomenal.

A great stay

The host was incredibly sweet and perfectly explained everything about the house. Even showed us the nice spots around the area and gave us recommendations. We availed the shuttle service but our flight was delayed by an hour at the last moment. He waited patiently and showed no dissatisfaction about it. The house itself is beautiful and in the perfect location, a lot of delicious food and beach at an arms distance! Would highly recommend!

Best equipped apartment,friendly welcome, perfect location. No lift so not suitable for less able

Host welcomed us and did thorough review of apartment and contents. There was cooled bottled water in the fridge, snacks and every conceivable item to make our stay hassle free: kitchen had contents to feed a party, indoor or outside catering! Beach gear and kids buckets and spades. Very spacious rooms, bathrooms, great showers, lots of extra blankets, towels. Pina even left a gift of pottery and sweets. The family are so very gracious and even came to say good bye. Well done Sicilians.

Great Apartment

A great booking with the owner Gabriele. Booked this apartment and took advantage of the airport transfer for a bargain 60 Euros return ! Great apartment very close to the Piazza with a few restaurants. Great apartment with spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Wi-Fi worked great. Bus stop outside apartment to Palermo, so very handy. Gabriele was a great host. Thank you for our lovely stay.
