Set up for easy Sunriver getaways, this home feels warm, comfortable, and made for time together. From the moment you walk in, the space reads as bright and inviting, with vaulted wood ceilings, large windows, hardwood floors, and an open main living area that gives everyone room to spread out while still staying connected.

Upstairs, the kitchen, dining area, and living room create a natural gathering space for meals, morning coffee, and relaxed evenings in. The updated kitchen and the dining setup make it easy to bring everyone together after a day out exploring. Just off the main level, the upper deck adds another place to unwind, with space for grilling and outdoor lounging.

The layout is especially appealing for families or small groups. The queen ensuite bedroom is on the main level, while downstairs offers a second queen bedroom, a bunk room, and a separate family room with a futon for extra sleeping flexibility. The additional downstairs living space allows for the kids to have their own spot to watch movies, play games, or settle in after a full day in Sunriver.

Outside, the home is designed for classic Sunriver vacation time. There is a lower deck with a private hot tub, an upper deck for grilling, and room to enjoy the fresh mountain air. We had a fabulous time at this beautiful property. The house was well stocked with everything you would need, The large beautiful deck was a huge plus and we really enjoyed the hot tub! We would definitely rent this house again!

Spacious place near SHARC

We enjoyed our Spring Break week here. Loved the private hot tub. However, beds could be more comfortable as they were a little too soft and springy for us.

Great property and location

This home is well appointed and in a great location. Our only disappointment was the pictures of the wood burning fireplace with wood beside it were inaccurate as there is a sign in the home stating the fireplace cannot be used due to safety concerns. Otherwise we enjoyed a great stay.

Great Property

Had an awesome weekend at this property. It was a hot weekend and not having AC was mildly uncomfortable in the late afternoon/ early evening but once the sunset it cooled down pretty quickly. Great location and proximity to the village.

Met our needs; close to town, accommodated two couples, each having bedroom and bathroom. The beds were not very comfortable. Reverse living should have been explained; didn’t realize what reverse living meant.

Thanksgiving Getaway

This was a great house and my family had a wonderful time. I only gave 4 stars because we wanted to use the fireplace which wasn’t an option. It was written in the description that it couldn’t be used but we didn’t catch that when we booked - so our fault! But overall we would stay here again.

Perfect for two families

We met my dad and stepmom at this property and it was perfect for our needs. They took the upstairs, and we stayed with our two young children on the bottom floor. The house was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The location was an easy 1 mile walk/bike ride to the village and would be great for getting to the SHARC in summer (nothing was open in April). The hot tub was lovely as it was pretty chilly while we were there! Overall a great place!

Great outdoor gathering place

We rented this house to be near 2 other families since we couldn't stay together due to COVID. It worked out well with all the outside seating and spaces with this house that we could safely gather. The location is great too-easy bike ride or walk to Fort Rock Park. Also a short ride to SHARC and the Village. The hot tub worked well too. The 2 cruiser bikes they have were cute!

Perfect set up for two couples... spacious and large bedrooms and bathrooms. Wonderful and friendly property managers. One to y downside- the beds rent very comfortable. But, we would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Sunriver Home!

My family loved this house! The only sad thing was that we weren’t allowed to use the fireplace. After seeing a picture of the fireplace in the listing, we assumed we’d be able to cozy up in front of it, but alas. Everything else was fantastic!
